So Temu is aware of their 3rd party delivery companies, but they still continue to use them. Temu does not support stolen packages after their delivery company is supposed to deliver.
I told them over and over again to deliver my package with certain instructions, and they do not follow. Now I have to order or refund.

I was always proud to order from Temu things were like the pictures always on time. Not now.
My orders are way late, I dont get tings that looked like pictures. Customer service people used to be very nice and friendly, theyve even changed. Ive spent lots of money for late fees $5.00. I talked to customer service man told him my name and that order was late its ok?
What? Whats ok? That my order was way late? No one even sent me word on it or anything too i keep getting things from computer where its generated something in cart and sent word to bank.
All these things do matter and its our money. I just wished thing would go back as they were.
Give us something that would make us feel better about these things. I do love temu very much often

They sent me items I did not order because I was out of the country and charged them to my American Express card. Some of them were items that I had ordered a year ago, and they sent duplicates of them.
Or two of the same item. I have not even opened any of the items. They refuse to refund my money. Not to mention their items are of poor quality.
I have tried to return them, but they won't take them back and refund my money. It's a scam; do not order from Temu. You will be disappointed and robbed.
It is a terrible company. Ridiculous!!!

Temu services are amazing and very helpful with my services and resolving my issue right away and i thank you for all your help and helping me with my orders that i was very concerned. Thanks to temu services and the person that i spoke with and did not catch her name by the way but was amazingly helpful nice and sweet may i add.

I would like to have these charges reimbursed to me. You have all the wheels to spin, but I did not want these items; I don't have the money for them.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. I CALLED and griped, since this is the 4th time I’ve been defrauded by a “local warehouse”.
Authentic? How about using the proper noun, authenticITY? Clearly not ordered/manufactured by a native English speaker, much less the largest European authenticator/grader of gemstones! LOL).
Im satisfied with Temus resolution respective of my refund, but this is the FOURTH time a local warehouse seller operating on Temus platform has sent me fake Moissanite.
Temu needs to shut down these providers so that they stop scamming shoppers.
I have ordered dozens of Moissanite pieces (I resell them in my store) that ship from Temu itself, and not one has been fake. Temu obviously cant have proper oversight of warehouses outside of China, so they need to keep things that can be faked where they have a level of oversight and quality control measures over the products that are shipped.

Preferred solution: The so called local warehouses SHUT DOWN that sell products that can be faked like the fake sterling silver and fake Moissanite jewelry I ordered.

Don't know what to do. The dress is warped on one side. The thread shows through the brown dress and is also uneven.
The hat is too big.
The black and white dress is warped, one side up, one side down.

I never received my packages after having two housefires within the same year. Both of my properties were declared vacant and condemned until they were renovated and repaired from the fire damage.
My packages never made it to my property so I contracted PayPal, which is the people I used to make my purchases of these packages and, they froze my account. Give me a bunch of issues saying I abuse PayPal private policy because I couldnt get Temu or any of the support to understand what I was saying and I didnt get my packages and get them to refund my packages but they didnt refund the order and they only partially refunded some of the items when I didnt receive the whole package Along with four packages that were never refunded or re-shipped and I still didnt receive them. I made aware they said, PayPal dispute and claim for refund I couldnt get help from Temu until PayPal closed their dispute. PayPal finally closed dispute.
I contact Temu and Temu telling me my packages were shipped. I had messages saying that they would help me Prior to contacting them after PayPal had finished their dispute froze. My PayPal account took what money I had left after my tragic housefires which left me in a terrible spot and I really could use the money that I spent on your products that I never got refunded and I never got any of the products And get refunded it wasnt partially refunded to orders and things in total. It was six orders two of them were partially refunded and four of them.
Were not refunded at all, as well as never received yet Temu is claiming the packages were delivered to properties that were declared vacant and condemned until the fire damage was repaired , there was no mail to either my properties. I checked both properties and I didnt have any packages so Im super confused super distraught and distressed has been all this time and Im not even giving any kind of help. Or any compassion for the money I invested into my orders I never received or was partially credited for two of them, but then lost all those credits because I didnt use them to order anything because I didnt receive six orders and was Having issues with living arrangements because of my two tragic housefires why would I use credits to order more stuff for it to be delivered so I just lost my money that I spent on your site and im at a loss for the money I really couldve used in my tragic situation and still could specially after moving almost everything my kids own, etc. and I couldnt really use the credit either because at that time you guys locked my account when PayPal started their disputes, so all actuality the partially refunded orders that I didnt receive, even though I didnt receive the whole order which is some ignorance on one of your support members and all this time and distress, stress and loss of my money when I obviously could have used it because of my tragic situation and I made you guys aware of it.
I sent photos of my houses , updating my address, but you guys are claiming that you could help me when PayPal was done with dispute. I only went through PayPal and tried disputing it because youre support wasnt trying to even help me or listen to what I was saying and then when I finally could get somebody to listen to what I was saying, PayPal dispute stop them from being able to refund me now your people or your customer service are saying my orders were delivered , and cant get any kind of compensation resolution or help with this matter when I spent my money on products I never received. I made you aware as soon as I was aware that the packages werent there yet was ignored as a paying customer and was pretty much being called a liar when I have documentation of my housefires, I have pictures of their no mailbox being in front of my house. I have pictures of the house part up and you can tell me that the postal dude you sent to deliver my stuff that I never received yet your now saying My packages were delivered and verified delivery yet if theres no mailbox with a postal number or address, theres no signature for the packages and I dont have the packages.
The property was declared vacant and condemned until the remodel was finished how can you say? Do you have a guaranteed verification of delivery and I want to see photos of these packages delivered at my property somehow if you do because I dont understand it and it sounds like Im being scammed and ripped off in my moment of tragedy and Ive contacted and contacted support reached out and Im being treated like a, less than citizen not second not first but less than third or like Im not a pain customer and it is infuriating especially in my moment of tragedy not just losing one to two and it seems like as a customer and having a tragic accidental housefire not receiving my page for product company, customer service and whoever delivers the packages are scamming stealing and wrongfully keeping me from my product I paid for or reimbursement somehow it was delivered to a vacant property with mailbox and stolen before I could. Either of my properties doesnt make any sense. The neighbor say they havent seen the packages they didnt get them and I dont have them and I contacted you guys past couple months on numerous accounts and Im being treated like less than a customer is being scammed despite you guys knowing the situation with my tragedy for me and my family and you dont care to steal the money that I very much could use that I paid for for my product that you never delivered PayPal didnt have dispute.
We would reimburse you no problems, sir take it up with PayPal PayPal dispute and saying all my orders were delivered and I never received regardless of me trying to communicate and make you aware of the situation. As a paying customer that has experienced a tragedy and not received the product they paid for so if I dont receive some kind of help with a resolution for the situation, Im just gonna contact the lawyer and get a hold of the federal business Bureau to report you as well for the Product I paid for and have not received and am being denied reimbursement or any kind of resolution for my situation and it has been this long without my product or without a reimbursement of my money and you did credit me I couldnt even use Because you lock my account other than the partial packages, you guys refunded, even though the whole package was missing and I use them to order more stuff and I never received those packages.
Then after that apparently I was credited, but I couldnt even use it looking at your site because he locked my account because PayPal disputes which they had canceled so as you said when you said you would refund it if PayPal didnt have their dispute and Ive got screenshots of it all because PayPal canceled 140 something days my account and stole the funds I had left on top the loss of the money that I invested into your products and now youre saying, you cant reimburse me your product was confirmed or verified delivered to a vacant condemned residency which please explain to me how it can be verified delivered and I would like to see how you have verified it because I havent received them and this is just ridiculous so if I dont receive some kind of help or resolution, Im contacting a lawyer and the federal business bureau and I will be suing for my money back and interest along with compensation for the mental distress, stress and financial distress it is caused me and my family and our moment of tragic circumstances that you do not seem to care about despite me being a paying loyal customer sadly and initially before my housefires I was planning on buying more merchandise and continuing using your guises services all the way up till the fires, and then me not receiving my orders and being treated like less than a valued paying customer or less than a person and its so frustrating and wrong for anybody in my situation or anybody that would be in a similar situation to be treated like that pretty much be denied any kind of reconciliation or reimbursement and pretty much called a liar and that I wont be reimbursed after I was told if PayPal didnt have their claim for reimbursement would reimburse me and I have screenshots of it all the conversations Ive had with support blown up my *** but thank you. I would not recommend anyone ever using this site or services for any kind of product when this kind of wrong treatment occur and blatant disregard not providing the services , you advertise or offer and then after so denying any kind of reimbursement or resolution for my money you took
