I have called customer service 5 times and spoken to someone, I was hung up on once. I was told that I was going to get a call back yesterday, but I still have not received a phone call.
I was told to make sure my phone line was available all day today and that a supervisor would call me by 8 PM Central time. However, it's now the second time I was told a supervisor would call me and no one called. Now, I will admit that the very first time I requested a supervisor, I did miss the phone call. It was my fault.
I have been dealing with this for now five days and still have not found a resolution. No one is going to compensate me for my four hours and 47 minutes on the phone (yes, I am keeping track). I was offered a 20% off coupon, which I declined and requested for a supervisor. Three phone calls later, someone offered me a $10 off coupon and another three calls later, someone offered me a 30% off discount, capped at $20.
All I am asking for is for TEMU to give me the amount that was on the item, nothing more. I believe this is the right thing to do - maybe I am wrong.
I am asking for the price to be $19.49, which was the price displayed on the website for the item, regardless of whether it was a mistake or not. I have the proof and I have presented it to 7 people, who all agreed with me.

I also received Temu coupons to apply to purchased items anywhere from 30%-100% off the next purchase that is never honored and there's nowhere to apply the discounts on Temu's website (from their spinning wheel). Images of merchandise presented for sale on Temu's website are copied from real high-end catalogues to represent products they sell, or stolen from other online company images & products - a total scam to unsuspecting customers lured into purchasing products that seem like quality items but are nowhere near the quality items presented on Temu's website for sale!
I've been stuck with inferior items that are nothing like the online images touted by Temu, a bait & switch nefarious business practice & technique. I could not return items that were different than photos Temu shows on their webpage because Temu would not supply return labels.
It would cost me more to send substituted merchandise or fake products sent to me by post than the actual cost of items charged. The website makes applying for a return a nightmare of hoops and a never-ending quagmire of technical issues that stall until the window of opportunity to file or apply to return an item expires!

I am not happy at all. I ordered and paid for a reclining massaging office chair with arm rests and the one in got had none of that.
Then they are pretty much saying I can't get reimbursement. The chair on the.box is what we were supposed to get but what we got was the.gray cheap 5 dollar chair.

I returned two parcels via EVRI. My receipt shows two packages.
TEMU said only one package was received, and so I was denied a refund for nine items, costing approximately £84. This has happened on multiple occasions and in some instances, they find the returned items. EVRI also takes no responsibility, even though they returned to TEMU.
I have sent numerous emails but nothing changes. I decided not to buy from them again.

I was Visited RED BOX Service center and due to oversize boxes of return items I can't able to drop it in red box than I visit again at Red box service center with proper size of boxes but that time red box shown Error in code than I contact with red box customer care, and they said contact with TEMU and request new Pin Code. So I was suffered and finally contact with Temu customer care and informed/complained in this regard but Temu still not solve and didn't give me new pin code. So, Please issue me new pin code to return items box throw Red box and get me refund amounts of it.

Yesterday, on January 16, 2025, I received a notification that my parcel had been delivered to my location. However, I couldn't find my parcel.
The parcel was delivered by UPS. I tried to track the parcel using the tracking number provided on the Temu app, which is 1ZH934B603********. It is also showing that the parcel has been delivered, but when I checked the picture of the delivered parcel uploaded by the delivery man, I found the picture to be misleading. It doesn't show any parcel.
For proof, I have taken a screenshot of the picture and I am going to upload it here.
Therefore, I earnestly request a refund, as it is not my fault. Kindly process my refund as soon as you can.

Ordered 2 garden gnomes $68.73 both arrived broken and still in there wrapper and very thick foam surrounding the items however as you can see in pics provided they are both broken and still in the wrapper suggesting that they were broken before they were packed not bloody happy TEMU can go and get STUFFED
