Good morning, Mr. Or Ms. Please you guys remove money from my account Twint, 877.49fr please I need my money back please please please

You guys had me believe that I was getting something for $0.01, then I had to keep buying stuff. You have reasonable prices and great products.

Don't deceive people. I recently bought an item; it was supposed to be of a rust color, but it's bright orange. Now I'm asked to go out of my way to print a ticket to ship it to the seller that deceived me.

He wants to give me $3 for the inconvenience. He should pay to have it picked up.

Wrong items sent multiple times. I've spent over $900.00 and didn't receive the items i was promised!

I'm not ordering any thing else ! YOU ARE LOSING A VALUABLE CUSTOMER!!

Not enough shirts, then they were damaged.

The other shirts are printed on the wrong side. X2

Streaks are going through the shirts as well, so I can't issue them out.

The Deacon shirts are fuzzy and blurred. They may not look like they're in the picture, but they are in person. Also, the letters are not clear down at the bottom where it says it looks like thank you.

The product was defective. It failed three days after I was able to collect rainwater in the barrel.

I purchased a snap-together storage unit, which is usually easy to assemble. However, this particular unit is misaligned, and I cannot get the back sections to fit the side parts properly. There is a significant gap.

I took an order last June 17, and through my Visa, then yesterday, Sunday, the same amount appeared in my account again, which is really bothering me too much, and next, I will not use my card to pay on Temu.

Taking too long to refund my money back to my Cash App card. I ordered a pair of pants today, so they haven't been packed nor shipped, and I have an issue with them refunding my money.

Lost call. Lost contact with the caller about my order.

I gave all the info about my order, then we lost contact. ( IT has been 5 days now and i haven't heard back.

Here's a picture of the jacket i received, brown, i order a black jacket. All i ask for is what I ordered.

Temu is the best place to shop from, and I recommend each one to buy from but the courier company to deliver our packages to us has become a problem they called me to give them an amount of two thousands Ghana cedis before they give my package to me thou I didn't pay but, they deliver it I was very frustrated on that very day, so please talk to their manager to talk to some of their workers thank you

I received a package today with my name on it and it was something that I didn't order and don't even know what it my order was supposed to be a hummingbird transfer instead it was the short little brown bandage looking things that I don't have a clue what they are all I want is my hummingbird transfer.

Did not receive package and I had special instructions for all packages to bring to my apartment door and knock no matter what, so it was left outside in a high crime area to be stolen. I'm out of my package and my money.

I'm a loyal customer of Temu; just put the money back to original payment. I'm handicapped, that's why I need all packages brought to my apartment door no matter what.

We placed an order through Temu. After several days of trying to track our package with no delivery, we asked for a refund.

Our credit card was never reimbursed; we were given a Temu 'credit.' We are forced to do further business with a company that failed us on our first purchase attempt.

We asked that our refund be put where our initial payment was done. This is unacceptable.
