Right now I want to find my orders The app is the worst, get you to overspend and it is difficult to find my orders.
Most of the stuff I have thrown away. No way to get "free returns".
Who is going to provide box@, label etc. A few things are ok but get rid of the spin thing

Nothing is going to get resolved with Temu they have it where you can’t call the numbers they have for you to call them are advertisements. I’m done with this *** I do not want any more *** customer notes. All I want is something saying you have given me my money back.
You have $27.05 that I have not gotten my items for you have gotten into my account and took money out and theres no items for it. Im missing a lot of items and yes, Im a pissed off customer and you need to make it right Ive been buying there for quite a while. I dont want somebody calling me at my phone number instead of havent going through this cause I dont wanna talk this is very bad

- Alleges disability discrimination and refund denial.
- Rug from HAUNGIFT arrived in terrible condition; two lawsuits and warning not to shop Temu.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They finally refunded me after two in half weeks and getting a attorney. Constant chats.
THE CONDITION OF THAT rug IS INSANE. BUT I'M REFUSED A REFUND CAUSE I'M DISABLED. TWO LAWSUITS ON THEM AND NOT HAVE A CONSUMER TRADE ATTORNEY AS WELL. DO NOT SHOP AT THE STORE.
HAUNGIFT. THEY WILL SEND YOU TRASH AND ALL THEY WILL SAY IS SORRY. TEMU HAD MORE SCAMS THAN SHEIN OR EXPRESS. I'VE CAUGHT ONTO EVERYONE OF THEM.

GFE used 1 tracking number for my 2 parcels, and I only received 1 parcel while the other I didn't receive, but it is marked delivered.

I only received order no: PO-184-114****9846******, and the other parcel, which is order no: PO-184-114****3057******, I did not receive.
I tried getting help with the courier, but I didn't get 1; that's why I decided to email Temu straight so they can sort out the matter with the courier.

- Last year orders unresolved; some items never arrived or were incomplete, including a cracked pot, with only the mixer handle received.

- Parts seem mismatched; top and bottom look the same.
- One or two parts may be missing.
- They still want the tables and want a twice-checked product.
As I got ready to put the product together, I noticed that all parts were coming counter together. Then I noticed the top and bottom sales were all the same.
Now, there's either a missing one or two, but they all look the same as the same as one. Now, do I need to turn one part back in or do I turn the whole part back in? All that needs to be done is that the pick or the packer needs to check the product twice. Someone needs to check it twice.
I still want the product. I wanted the tables—that's all it was. It was just the top and bottom.
It was just all one bottom or just all one top. Thank you.

- Ordered a hat on 3/1/2026; seller has not replied.
- USPS says never shipped; label created 4/1/2026.
- Temu support delays and gives copied replies.
I ordered a hat on 3/1/2026 because I thought it was cute. However, it has been over two weeks since I ordered the hat.
The seller does not respond to messages, Temu's customer service refuses to issue a refund and according to the USPS, the hat has never been shipped. The USPS website shows that on 4/1/2026, the seller created a shipping label.
Nothing has been updated since then. Temu "customer service" keeps delaying, they copy and paste non-answers from their scripts and it is clear that even though I have been scammed, they won't do anything about it
