4 months ago I finally bought items from this company who has questionable issues ( news reports )
In 3 days I made 5 large orders totaling over$1000.00
( prices are excellent who could argue that )
BUT I have good faith belief the prices are reasonable for many reasons and its not in consumers benefit - I can only speak of my experience ( and its a lot )
The 1st of the 5 orders arrived packaged like untrained monkeys - purses hats clothes jewelry in ripped or otherwise broken zip lock baggies ~ hats purses smashed ( otherwise theyd have been EXCELLENT )
However ~ when shopping online sizing material and FIT are a MYSTERY ~ but TEMU states they have a 90 return but with TERMS people who BUY A LOT cant keep up or obtain ~ what good is a return and refund when TEMU makes it near impossible to get a refund for items that dont show up - damaged and not as advertised ~ the false advertising is unreal ~
For instance- anyone whos spent time on that app can see clothing is photo shopped on models -pasted on them like this in some instances ~
A blonde model with half her upper torso wearing a 1 piece jumper- the bottom model is African American ( clearly the African American feet and shins of the blonde model are 2 different people and the jumper is photoshopped over an upper half of one one and the bottom half of another |
this is MINIMAL in comparison with the thousands of dollars Ive spent at TEMU - I even bought stock in the company because a new company with these prices will prosper ~ right ?
Those 1st 5 orders I am still in dispute over return ( it is and was SO BAD I said the only way to fix their problem was reform EACH and EVERYTHING- this is because their APP is flawed ( I believe its on PURPOSE so youll have to argue for over 90 days and miss the rerun terms ) additionally ~ their terms are every item must be in same bag it came in ~ but those little cellophane and zip lock bags are ripped torn and defective ~ strike 1 off the bat -
You have to go to each individual item and pick between 15 or 20 different reasons youre returning-
Then you have to WRITE a novel WHY for each one in detail -
Then the app prompts if you want to return items from separate orders you can do so USING 1 ship label - to save $ and ease of return-
EPIC FAIL !

You get 4 to 5 different print labels - despite the prompts clearly say you can combine all into 1 label ( its a LIE !

And when you order 50 to 100 items - to figure out WHICH item from WHAT order goes in a large box you have to get because anything you get from them is damaged boxes and youve already had to RIP the big oranger bag that housed your hats shoes purses and jewelry- remember their TERMS items must be returned in same bags and boxes they arrived !
Well- on all orders Ive RETURNED items in BETTER condition than they ARRIVED- keep reading the SCAM Ive. Even put through ~
The first 5 orders in 3 days I said Im sending everything back for a full refund- ( reason was ) when I returned a large portion due to their false advertising to include items in cart I didnt put there ( an executive I was able to talk to 4 months ago ( try to call that fake hotline # - well none have EVER answered it )
Sorry - back to the nightmare!

I had a dispute with my institution for it as well as I chatted with their app BOTS and 5 to 7 different online chat representatives!
NIGHTMARE DYSFUNCTION- I truly believe its a strategy to GET ITEMS BACK and RESTOCK their online app- and sell it again ( claim you didnt return items ) and I believe its worse ~
I talked to that lady executive in the beginning for months ago and she said please we are a new company and we understand that theres a lot of kinks in our process and within our app and the reason for the extra items in the cart that you dont notice when youre buying large amounts of things is because the app is very touchy. The little cart things just pop in there on their own, oh my my
So while I have a dispute with my financial institution and well every single item of the first five orders within three days of $1000 she tells me the warehouse is going to be looking for all those items and get back with me no one ever gets back with me.
Additionally, she told me at that time , dont give up on us give us another try order just a few items at a time
So while I am in the process of the dispute with my bank and them trying to find these items they claim are not returned, claiming their warehouse people have gone through the stuff and they cant find the items some of them they do some they dont believe me this is nefarious.
Keep in mind I have every incentive to want this company to thrive. I own stock in the company. TEMU stock ticker is PDD holdings Inc.
So after a few weeks still in the process of this dispute with nothing happening. Well their app shows up for sale.
You got a free gift. you know the deal, the constant in your face advertising things for like 90 some cents ! So I ordered a few items, and this few items like three seem to be OK and so with your constant advertising popping up on your screen things just very reasonable you start ordering more and more which I did to the tune of thousands of dollars more and like 29 different orders in four months large orders
At the present time in four months I am still battling having to send things back the app saying you can put it all into one print label from several orders but its not true theres four or five print labels so by the time you try to see what item goes with what order or print label because you know they have so many different numbers. It takes Einstein to figure out their app when you go to return add again I believe thats done on purpose so that they can string you along for that 90 days and then say oh well you missed your time to return the things
Presently I am in battle and dispute with this company that I have lived hours on the phone holding for that hotline.
You cant talk to anybody I have probably no less than 600 screenshots of chats with their BOTS and then like 5 to 7 different customer service people my email I cant find anything because there are thousands of emails from TEMU -
And its always the same thing will create a ticket for your items your return that they claim they never receive when the problem is, you can only put one print label the same print label on all your boxes even though they give you different print labels not because UPS You can only put one print label because theres no way to separate at all. Its like impossible to meet their terms to return things, so you do what you think you can you actually get your own boxes and you put the things nicer than what they delivered it to you And it all goes to that same warehouse in New Jersey you know that one anyone whos return knows its the same warehouse that it shipped from. Thats where it all goes back
Within the last month I found a contact number from them. It was from that executive.
I talked to in the very beginning and I have recorded hours and hours of phone calls with a rep that an executives gonna get back with me it never happens. at this present time, I have things from eight or nine different orders that I need to return part of it. I have already returned. Add again they say they didnt receive it.
I have no problem calling anyone there a LIAR - no problem at all. I dont know if customer service are trained to defer people who return items because thats the only reason you would need customer service. It would be you either didnt receive an item or youre trying to return it to get a refund thats the only thing you would call customer service for and that hotline number they never answer and the chat with the customer service that you have to go through one of the BOTS first and then you end up with 5 to 7 customer service reps with all different names and then at the end we are so sorry will create a ticket for you and then the same thing. The email comes back oh upon checking those famous words from third-party processors upon checking I hate that term upon checking and then upon further checking its the same thing the items were not found in the warehouse so logically I have told them if that warehouse did not receive all my boxes with that print label it would be so easy to track all my boxes because each box has the same print label on them so when a warehouse worker comes across a box with all these items the Postal Service, first of all, if it didnt get to that warehouse, it would return to sender with that print label that I have on there and not one time has one box been returned to me or to the UPS station where its dropped off to shipped that warehouse in New Jersey
So theres only one thing I can conclude and that is that its strategically done this way so they can re-stock their online app and resell and make two or three times money off of one item.
Theres no other way to explain it, unless the warehouse workers are stealing things, and starting them an online clothing or merchandise shop of their own, take take your pick because I live in a very small apartment, and I would not keep anything that I cant use and I have proof I have video I have got down to videotaping as I feel boxes and I need to return things as I go to prove that those things are in the box and then theres photos taken at the UPS station of every box and theres UPS receipts with the weight of the boxes for instance, one of several orders with that one print label when they say you can use one print label but they give you four or five so then they say oh we didnt receive the item. This is a game its a lie its a scam. Their products are not a scam. Granted they come wrinkled the clothes do they are so wrinkled and there is some quality issues with some things but a lot of things are very very nice and all it takes is a little steam iron to make it look incredible and youve saved a lot of money whats not damaged and what you do get
I have for four months been living on the phone trying to get my refunds but also I started a little side business and I get my supplies from there and so right now I have over $800 almost 900 sitting in a cart there.
They will not even let me buy it because they refunded an old heart of mine $49 back out of the thousands upon thousands that I spent There , yeah Im about to spit arsenal. I want my items I want to purchase more and theyre not letting me and Im not giving my refunds back. They owe me a lot of money and I see that they have a bunch of lawsuits so that doesnt look good for my stocks that I own in the company , this is so sad because otherwise they actually have to do have. They have actually some nice products and its very reasonably priced but I believe theyre a scam because of the return policy its set to fail on purpose, and the proof is set up to fail. The proof is any time and piece of mail. Even a letter goes to someones address or a package goes to a shipping address and nobody can see where it belongs to. Well they would send it back to you but the problem is thats how they hooked you.
Thats the scam that print label goes to that warehouse so they get extra boxes of all your stuff and then they restock it and resell it because if you notice, if you ever go to order something thats low in stock, it says, and then it says oh its out of stock, but you can be notified because it usually restocks in a day or two. Theres the catch people who are returning items , theyre not getting refunds because they are restocking that app online and reselling thats how in the last 12 weeks the last quarter the reports of their profit was $8.6 billion and 12 short weeks weeks yes and they dont have any quality customer service? Its on purpose the customer service or nothing but an obstruction from you getting to return items or say you didnt get items that you ordered and paid for , this is very sad me because Ive spent thousands upon thousands of dollars there I cant get returns when I have returned items and I own stock in the company and I dont want to see it fail because I have Stock in the company again TEMU stock ticker PDD holdings Inc. I wish a journalist news reporter, legal counsel would contact me they would come to my apartment and have a field day.
This is a nightmare, a true nightmare, and it has caused me so much stress I do not even have words to explain it, so if you think this is a lot to write, just imagine just imagine.
I love a lot of their clothing ! But not everything is good so you can return it ( except their scam is - to resell ( saying you didnt return ! - and its the scam app saying you can get 1 print label for multiple returns ( its a LIE )
They are claiming so much profit because the scam print label tactic - and reselling items - so they make much more on any item when its sold several times ( ie ) shoes $20.00 sell them twice saying you didnt return and theyve doubled their money -
Over 250 million have downloaded their app - and they shop like crazy - imagine the $$$$$ with this return scam or not sending the items at all.
I just had an appointment with a physician yesterday and we talked about TEMU and he said wow yeah I know about that app.
He said Ive ordered stuff but he doesnt get stuff that he orders so he gave up. Thats the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help me God.

I'm messaging you because I was taken advantage of by TEMU. I ordered this order PO-211-015****513719****, and the delivery company uni uni delivered to the wrong apartment, I have reached out to TEMU, and 9 tickets has already been submitted, and refused a refund.
I also reach out to the delivery company called uni uni, and they provided me a email stating that they were at fault and they take responsibility for it, I also submitted to temu my own photos of my apartment and you can clearly see that my photos don't match the delivery companies photos, I was approved for a refund, and the representative refunded me in order that I canceled it was already rated funded in early April, so trying to get them to correct it has been an uphill battle. I have spent so much money with this company, and I'm highly upset it's been a stressful experience for me. Never have I been through this with any other company I feel cheated I feel slighted. I just want my refund for $162, with this billion dollar company I'm sure you guys won't miss it.
I have to keep submitting tickets and starting all the way over from the beginning. I'm going to include my pictures in the email from the delivery company taking full responsibility for the mistake they made.
So right now this is really about the principal as well as the money, because I'm so upset I feel like you guys are scamming me. I just want my refund, and I'm trying to be cool about it but I'm really about to lose it and it's not going to look good for temu, a small claim will be a walk in the park for my sister who practices law, I would advise you to do the right thing, believe me, you don't want this smoke!

Incorrect pmt problem
Temu usually sends me packages, just like they have in the past and one book SUM ! However, this time when I purchased just a few items, had me spin the wheel and opened up some present boxes, which was I believe a $550 discount or something crazy the other options for my two other purchases in the month of March or the same.
What team is doing now? Is not sending the one bulk package waving the shipping and handling fee because you purchased items over a certain price. What is now happening after they have promised to give you $200 off or whatever it might be depending upon the spinning wheel or packages that you can open along the way of options to pick from in which I did, they are now not only not sending you to the final screen that shows the rundown of the purchase of the price, the deductions or coupons that are supposed to be put onto your or should I say taken off of your total plus free prizes or free presents they say which Ive never received not once to this day. Funny that you would actually have a pissed consumer department, which is actually called the customer department.
So when I actually got to look at my bank statements while Ive been sick for quite a few weeks and just havent felt up to it not only did they not give me those prices but they gouged me and took everything in my bank account over $350 worth it looks like Without any type of coupons applied. But they gouged me by not taking me to the screen that shows the breakdown so when you put purchased items which were maybe 5 to 7 and in no way coming to over $400 balance, but apparently theyre not giving you any of the coupons theyre not giving you any of the deductions per that spinning wheel or the $50 prizes that you also get along the way when you open up the packages. They just took me after I press the purchased button to no screen at all except that if I wanted to track my items so I couldnt see anything. What they did somehow and dont ask me exactly cause Im not them as they actually added in shipping charges like never before I have purchased items from them in the past and everything is coming one lump sum at once since I am buying it through Temu and not buying it through whatever companies they purchased these items from.
Instead, I started getting little packages here and there here and there all of them charging me shipping and handling fees individual packages not one great big orange Temu package like I have usually. So I didnt get any special free presents from them, I didnt even get the amount of money that they said that they would knock off of the next billing charge which it was but instead they gouged me $350 and that is also including Put me on a payment program when I didnt hit anything like that for Another another $250 balance for what I have no idea cause I didnt get any products. I never agreed to this. It kept telling me to verify these installments with some installment link they have Theres no way my credit is that great right now not since Ive been off work.
So somehow theyre stating that I agreed to this which I absolutely did not and for what I didnt get any extra items that would commit to a $250 installment balance of Approximately $12 every month or that of 11 something every two weeks. I kept getting something stating to download the app for the installment again Im not even familiar with who that says with because I never agreed to it. I never downloaded the app and I never verified That. This was OK.
Any shaper farm never accepted terms in agreement never signed my name on anything so instead of giving me a good deal this time around they charged me shipping and handling per package sent them out from the actual company that they purchased these items through, gouged me in the month of March for over 300 $400 plus another $250 and installments for the next two years or something crazy like this, which I never agreed to therefore they shouldnt of sent me anything if that was the case and I didnt agree to it on any way shape or form. Funny how my bank is completely familiar with a lot of pissed off customers having these similar problems now with Temu. I think this is the last time Ill be dealing with Temu. They gouged my account and brought it down to 0+.
Tried to also have me pay another 250 for nothing on a payment installment plan. I never agreed to nor would my credit ever be good enough to set me up on something like this absolutely insane, warm and loving regards, youre not so happy pissed off customer lol but not really lol. Thank you for your time.
Love to know how youre not gonna close down when youre doing this to people a complete and utter scam but then again its not like youre probably happy with it tariffs that Donald Trump have just put on you guys in China, no shade. Im just a Citizen that doesnt want anymore and also not to get scammed by Temu.

I found out that Temu is selling many deadly products in the Netherlands. Like big schrap axes, big and small knives, swords of 30 cm of iron that can be used as knives, fake guns that look exactly like real guns.
All this is forbidden to own in the Netherlands, and Temu is selling it also to kids who use them to look tough and for fights. I am reporting all this to the police as illegal deadly articles.

I recently purchased the Wireless Electric Egg Beater - Stainless Steel, USB/Battery Operated, 1050 RPM from your platform. The product arrived today in Okayama, Japan, but unfortunately, it is not working.
I have tried both USB and battery operation, but the device does not function at all.
I have taken videos and pictures as proof of the issue.
If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to share these videos on social media to highlight the quality concerns.
Please provide a replacement or a full refund as soon as possible. I expect a response at your earliest convenience.

The last update I received was on 3/22/25 stating a ticket was created and they were assigning a personal agent that would assist me . Again nothing feels like being a priority customer of Temu circle.
Once I receive the rest of my orders that haven’t came. I’m deleting and blocking this app all together.
Long story short, I received a notification that my package had been delivered, but when I arrived home, it had not. I contacted Temu and tried explaining that I received a notification about the delivery. They told me that the package was still in transit and I should receive it by March 25. I told them and showed them a screenshot that I received, showing that the package had been delivered.
They assured me that the package was still in transit. I contacted Amazon, and Amazon stated the same, that the package had reached the hub and would be delivered at a later time. I kept contacting Temu, trying to show the screenshots, and there was no other way for me to find out where my package was because the tracking says delivered. Temu kept saying the package is in transit and I will receive it by March 25.
They denied my claim, and now I need to reach out to my bank. The app also didn’t give me an option to resend the item or for a refund, so I had to choose a refund, although I want the item. I'm also a Temu Circle member, and I don’t feel like my issue has been a priority, as they keep claiming.
They also sent me an update with the tracking saying the item was delivered, and it has a five-hour time difference, as if they edited it. It is just a mess.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They contacted and emailed me back after several attempts to reach out and did get my refund fairly quickly!
I want you to print a return label but can't print as no printer is available at this time!
They sent me a wrong order and I'm not very happy. I have ordered many items, but if this is a hassle to return and I'm unable to because I have no printer, then I will make it known to others not to use them at Temu and will never order from here again!!

I purchased "Moissanite" Brand "1 Pair 925 Sterling Silver 1 Carat 2 Carat Moissanite Falling Earrings" produced by Lovessom company with the order number PO-203-129****149047**** from "Mossan" company selling in TEMU on February 27, 2025.
The companies selling this product should be at least as serious as Lovessom company and should sell original products, that is, products with original certificates.
When I searched the GRA certificates sent to prove the originality of the products of the same brand, LOVESSOM company, which I previously purchased from Temu, on the web, they proved their originality.
However, when I checked the GRA certificate sent with the last product I bought for sale by "Mossan" company, it turned out that the product was not original. Because when I checked the certificate on the website, no information about the product could be reached.
I gave this product to my friend as a gift and I was very embarrassed in front of my friend.
When I reported the situation to Temu, they said send the product back and we will refund the money.
Now how can I get this product back from my friend? How can I get back a product I gave as a gift?
I am calling out to Temu officials;
You are not ashamed to sell a product that does not have an original certificate to your customers!
How can you be so irresponsible in resolving the grievances of your customers?
Attached is the product order date, order amount and the fake certificate that was sent to me with the product but could not be verified on the company website.

We have literally spent thousands with Temu between the 4 accounts that my family has with temu and I put an order in with Temu that came to a total $69.67 with shipping which wasnt a big order but temu charged my cash app twice for $69.67 and temu didnt even process my order they just charged me and toke the $69.67 out of my cash app account twice and my order is still sitting in my temu cart waiting for me to process/pay for my temu order for the third time and needless to say I called Temu right away and temus customer service agent told me that he was very sorry and that itd take about a week for both charges that he looked up and said yes I see where Temu charged you $69.67 twice and where your Temu order wasnt actually even placed and that Ill get my $ back on and for both charges of $69.67 within a week and that if I dont get it to call temu back after talking to his Temu supervisor who didnt even offer me any type of compensation for temus mistake what so ever and I told Temus representative that thats gotta be illegal for temu to just take someones $ out of their account like that and to just be able to just hold it for days like that because the interest Harvey can make
on and off of peoples $ by doing that with peoples $ os a lot of $ that they make
on off of and by just taking and holding their $ in their account for days like that which I told temus representative should be illegal as heck and that I intended on canceling all of are accounts with temu once I receive the hundreds of dollars of merchandise that Ive already ordered and payed temu for and I receive my $ back in my cash app account for both of the $69.67 that temu charged and toke out my cash app account and never even proceeded my order the $69.67 for not even once let alone twice and temu wanted me to pay $69.67 again for the third time for LOL which I do intend on making a phone call to the better bissness bureau and my attorney to find out if it is actually legal or illegal for Temu to be able to do that because I know that Im not the frist nor will I be the last person that Temu has done this to and with and will continue to do it to and with and you know whats really strange is that after this heated phone call to Temu on my part because it wasnt in anyway what so ever the Temu representatives fault that I talked to he was actually a nice guy and felt bad for me and I told him that it wasnt his fault and that I wished him happy holidays and then hung up and all of the sudden my 2 payments to Temu for $69.67 was crossed through and my temu account and the 2 payments to Temu was back in my account so you explain how and why that happened when I was told that that couldnt and wouldnt happen and that itd take days for that to happen period and that there was no way around it while I guess there was and is because my $ is back in my account so go figure and I actually really like shopping on and with Temu what a shame huh but thank god that theres lots of other sites that are just like Temu and even better Ive been told so I guess Ill be finding out!!!

I contacted Temu and the seller regarding not receiving my package. I asked the postal carrier if he had a package for me and he stated no he didnt.
A hour later I received an email notification stating the package was just delivered and handed to an individual. I posted my video on the Temu review app and its a waiting game. Im a Temu Premium customer and I keep having issues with getting my deliveries cause they are using USPS and Amazon logistics. Ive had 3 issues this week alone with packages that wasnt delivered to my home but the carrier marked that it was.
It makes it hard even showing that I have video and it wasnt delivered. Those drivers are dishonest and it makes it bad for us buyers. I had a delivery that Temu finally approved my refund after me posting here almost 2 weeks ago . Same thing I contacted them showing it said delivered and they said it was still in transit wait and I still never received the item but Temu refunded me after 8 days of horror.
The response time is long .
I rather them resend the item . Im going to really give them a break or just stop altogether cause it gets my blood pressure up when I get upset about the issue.

I found out that Temu is selling kids toys with poisenes stuf in the toys.And Temp knows it because they are warned for it by the European union and Temu doen not give a damn abouth it.
I have contacted Temu many times but every time I chat with a chatbot that does not understand what I am talking about and complains about, it is very frustrating. I ask for my won 90 order credit but every time again the chatbot that only talks nonsense. After weeks I got so angry that I started reporting Temu to the Dutch government and police for selling prohibited deadly weapons.

You 100% do NO own stock in Temu. There is no stock available to purchase from this Chinese-owned and operated company.
Ive never had a problem- they are 100% great customer service with refunds/credit
I find all these complaints strange. I have made a lot of orders, and had to get a refund for some of the stuff.
And each time I go to do a refund, I get a message saying keep the item and we will refund you, which they did each and every time. I have had nothing but positive things to say about this company.
Temu doesn't care about letting people keep things and giving refunds because its not their money. Local sellers in China who are providing Temu with products are the ones who losing big time and struggling to stay afloat and pay their bills and keep food on their table.
I sincerely hope you are not taking advantage of a situation that is hurting poor Chinese people.

I have bought lots from them too. Sometimes I get double items...I donate it give those away.
But, the main rule is that make sure you read the reviews!! What then you can look at the pics that are included with the reviews to see actual product. From the reviews and pics, a lot of times have changed my mind about product. And know when it looks like sequins AC and you get it, it's not.
It's just a print made to look like there's sparkles all over. But, once you figure out it, you can pretty much be ok with things you order.
Just don't order lots in one order! I've been pretty happy with them.
Beware things with that company probably will not get better. They have been under the US' radar.
The other company in this bucket is Shewin. From what I have heard that have had some of the same issues.

Lady, you do not own stock in Temu. You cannot buy stock in Temu.
You can only indirectly invest in their parent company, which is Chinese-owned and operated but incorporated in another country.

I thought there were laws that protect the consumers in Canada. I don't like the Idea of false advertising and poor customer service.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. I buy often from them and have never had any issues with them, I've returned a few things and some they don't want it back and just gave me a credit anyway for it. I love Temu.
I've been ordering from Temu for about 2 years now and yes have had a few items that were not exactly as described or failed to work properly but each time I've contacted them I've gotten credit within seconds and have yet to have to return anything. Alot of the items on the site come from American companies and warehouses so it isn't always Temus fault although as they are the company we are dealing with it is their fault.
I have a digital mocroscope that went wonky after the return window was up, they contacted the company and told me to keep the scope, gave me a complete refund, and a 20% coupon on top of that.
I will continue to order from them as long as the prices stay better than I can get here but Tarifs may change all that and be sure to check all sources as I have found a few items local like at Men*ards that were just as cheap. I'm sorry you had such a bad experiance but I could see ordering that large a quantity at one time could be a real mess to clean up.

They shipped my package to the wrong address. Other items in that same order arrived at the right address! They wanted me to ask the carrier what happened.
I did, since it was already delivered they couldn't do anything. TEMU sounds like TRUMP it's everyone's fault but theirs!!!
