Choose a more reputable company
Yesterday called a number that got into my cash app was able to get into my phone while I was not even on my phone never been so taken advantage of in my life. The person was from temu and had me download something to enter my phone then was able to get personal information now I'm scared I'm going to loose everything I have.

About a purchase size
Look I just want Temu to please send me the correct size. preferably xl large if the sizes run Small. I just dont know what size was sent to me because it wasnt marked on the box of gloves.

4 months ago I finally bought items from this company who has questionable issues ( news reports )
In 3 days I made 5 large orders totaling over$1000.00
( prices are excellent who could argue that )
BUT I have good faith belief the prices are reasonable for many reasons and its not in consumers benefit - I can only speak of my experience ( and its a lot )
The 1st of the 5 orders arrived packaged like untrained monkeys - purses hats clothes jewelry in ripped or otherwise broken zip lock baggies ~ hats purses smashed ( otherwise theyd have been EXCELLENT )
However ~ when shopping online sizing material and FIT are a MYSTERY ~ but TEMU states they have a 90 return but with TERMS people who BUY A LOT cant keep up or obtain ~ what good is a return and refund when TEMU makes it near impossible to get a refund for items that dont show up - damaged and not as advertised ~ the false advertising is unreal ~
For instance- anyone whos spent time on that app can see clothing is photo shopped on models -pasted on them like this in some instances ~
A blonde model with half her upper torso wearing a 1 piece jumper- the bottom model is African American ( clearly the African American feet and shins of the blonde model are 2 different people and the jumper is photoshopped over an upper half of one one and the bottom half of another |
this is MINIMAL in comparison with the thousands of dollars Ive spent at TEMU - I even bought stock in the company because a new company with these prices will prosper ~ right ?
Those 1st 5 orders I am still in dispute over return ( it is and was SO BAD I said the only way to fix their problem was reform EACH and EVERYTHING- this is because their APP is flawed ( I believe its on PURPOSE so youll have to argue for over 90 days and miss the rerun terms ) additionally ~ their terms are every item must be in same bag it came in ~ but those little cellophane and zip lock bags are ripped torn and defective ~ strike 1 off the bat -
You have to go to each individual item and pick between 15 or 20 different reasons youre returning-
Then you have to WRITE a novel WHY for each one in detail -
Then the app prompts if you want to return items from separate orders you can do so USING 1 ship label - to save $ and ease of return-
EPIC FAIL !

You get 4 to 5 different print labels - despite the prompts clearly say you can combine all into 1 label ( its a LIE !

And when you order 50 to 100 items - to figure out WHICH item from WHAT order goes in a large box you have to get because anything you get from them is damaged boxes and youve already had to RIP the big oranger bag that housed your hats shoes purses and jewelry- remember their TERMS items must be returned in same bags and boxes they arrived !
Well- on all orders Ive RETURNED items in BETTER condition than they ARRIVED- keep reading the SCAM Ive. Even put through ~
The first 5 orders in 3 days I said Im sending everything back for a full refund- ( reason was ) when I returned a large portion due to their false advertising to include items in cart I didnt put there ( an executive I was able to talk to 4 months ago ( try to call that fake hotline # - well none have EVER answered it )
Sorry - back to the nightmare!

I had a dispute with my institution for it as well as I chatted with their app BOTS and 5 to 7 different online chat representatives!
NIGHTMARE DYSFUNCTION- I truly believe its a strategy to GET ITEMS BACK and RESTOCK their online app- and sell it again ( claim you didnt return items ) and I believe its worse ~
I talked to that lady executive in the beginning for months ago and she said please we are a new company and we understand that theres a lot of kinks in our process and within our app and the reason for the extra items in the cart that you dont notice when youre buying large amounts of things is because the app is very touchy. The little cart things just pop in there on their own, oh my my
So while I have a dispute with my financial institution and well every single item of the first five orders within three days of $1000 she tells me the warehouse is going to be looking for all those items and get back with me no one ever gets back with me.
Additionally, she told me at that time , dont give up on us give us another try order just a few items at a time
So while I am in the process of the dispute with my bank and them trying to find these items they claim are not returned, claiming their warehouse people have gone through the stuff and they cant find the items some of them they do some they dont believe me this is nefarious.
Keep in mind I have every incentive to want this company to thrive. I own stock in the company. TEMU stock ticker is PDD holdings Inc.
So after a few weeks still in the process of this dispute with nothing happening. Well their app shows up for sale.
You got a free gift. you know the deal, the constant in your face advertising things for like 90 some cents ! So I ordered a few items, and this few items like three seem to be OK and so with your constant advertising popping up on your screen things just very reasonable you start ordering more and more which I did to the tune of thousands of dollars more and like 29 different orders in four months large orders
At the present time in four months I am still battling having to send things back the app saying you can put it all into one print label from several orders but its not true theres four or five print labels so by the time you try to see what item goes with what order or print label because you know they have so many different numbers. It takes Einstein to figure out their app when you go to return add again I believe thats done on purpose so that they can string you along for that 90 days and then say oh well you missed your time to return the things
Presently I am in battle and dispute with this company that I have lived hours on the phone holding for that hotline.
You cant talk to anybody I have probably no less than 600 screenshots of chats with their BOTS and then like 5 to 7 different customer service people my email I cant find anything because there are thousands of emails from TEMU -
And its always the same thing will create a ticket for your items your return that they claim they never receive when the problem is, you can only put one print label the same print label on all your boxes even though they give you different print labels not because UPS You can only put one print label because theres no way to separate at all. Its like impossible to meet their terms to return things, so you do what you think you can you actually get your own boxes and you put the things nicer than what they delivered it to you And it all goes to that same warehouse in New Jersey you know that one anyone whos return knows its the same warehouse that it shipped from. Thats where it all goes back
Within the last month I found a contact number from them. It was from that executive.
I talked to in the very beginning and I have recorded hours and hours of phone calls with a rep that an executives gonna get back with me it never happens. at this present time, I have things from eight or nine different orders that I need to return part of it. I have already returned. Add again they say they didnt receive it.
I have no problem calling anyone there a LIAR - no problem at all. I dont know if customer service are trained to defer people who return items because thats the only reason you would need customer service. It would be you either didnt receive an item or youre trying to return it to get a refund thats the only thing you would call customer service for and that hotline number they never answer and the chat with the customer service that you have to go through one of the BOTS first and then you end up with 5 to 7 customer service reps with all different names and then at the end we are so sorry will create a ticket for you and then the same thing. The email comes back oh upon checking those famous words from third-party processors upon checking I hate that term upon checking and then upon further checking its the same thing the items were not found in the warehouse so logically I have told them if that warehouse did not receive all my boxes with that print label it would be so easy to track all my boxes because each box has the same print label on them so when a warehouse worker comes across a box with all these items the Postal Service, first of all, if it didnt get to that warehouse, it would return to sender with that print label that I have on there and not one time has one box been returned to me or to the UPS station where its dropped off to shipped that warehouse in New Jersey
So theres only one thing I can conclude and that is that its strategically done this way so they can re-stock their online app and resell and make two or three times money off of one item.
Theres no other way to explain it, unless the warehouse workers are stealing things, and starting them an online clothing or merchandise shop of their own, take take your pick because I live in a very small apartment, and I would not keep anything that I cant use and I have proof I have video I have got down to videotaping as I feel boxes and I need to return things as I go to prove that those things are in the box and then theres photos taken at the UPS station of every box and theres UPS receipts with the weight of the boxes for instance, one of several orders with that one print label when they say you can use one print label but they give you four or five so then they say oh we didnt receive the item. This is a game its a lie its a scam. Their products are not a scam. Granted they come wrinkled the clothes do they are so wrinkled and there is some quality issues with some things but a lot of things are very very nice and all it takes is a little steam iron to make it look incredible and youve saved a lot of money whats not damaged and what you do get
I have for four months been living on the phone trying to get my refunds but also I started a little side business and I get my supplies from there and so right now I have over $800 almost 900 sitting in a cart there.
They will not even let me buy it because they refunded an old heart of mine $49 back out of the thousands upon thousands that I spent There , yeah Im about to spit arsenal. I want my items I want to purchase more and theyre not letting me and Im not giving my refunds back. They owe me a lot of money and I see that they have a bunch of lawsuits so that doesnt look good for my stocks that I own in the company , this is so sad because otherwise they actually have to do have. They have actually some nice products and its very reasonably priced but I believe theyre a scam because of the return policy its set to fail on purpose, and the proof is set up to fail. The proof is any time and piece of mail. Even a letter goes to someones address or a package goes to a shipping address and nobody can see where it belongs to. Well they would send it back to you but the problem is thats how they hooked you.
Thats the scam that print label goes to that warehouse so they get extra boxes of all your stuff and then they restock it and resell it because if you notice, if you ever go to order something thats low in stock, it says, and then it says oh its out of stock, but you can be notified because it usually restocks in a day or two. Theres the catch people who are returning items , theyre not getting refunds because they are restocking that app online and reselling thats how in the last 12 weeks the last quarter the reports of their profit was $8.6 billion and 12 short weeks weeks yes and they dont have any quality customer service? Its on purpose the customer service or nothing but an obstruction from you getting to return items or say you didnt get items that you ordered and paid for , this is very sad me because Ive spent thousands upon thousands of dollars there I cant get returns when I have returned items and I own stock in the company and I dont want to see it fail because I have Stock in the company again TEMU stock ticker PDD holdings Inc. I wish a journalist news reporter, legal counsel would contact me they would come to my apartment and have a field day.
This is a nightmare, a true nightmare, and it has caused me so much stress I do not even have words to explain it, so if you think this is a lot to write, just imagine just imagine.
I love a lot of their clothing ! But not everything is good so you can return it ( except their scam is - to resell ( saying you didnt return ! - and its the scam app saying you can get 1 print label for multiple returns ( its a LIE )
They are claiming so much profit because the scam print label tactic - and reselling items - so they make much more on any item when its sold several times ( ie ) shoes $20.00 sell them twice saying you didnt return and theyve doubled their money -
Over 250 million have downloaded their app - and they shop like crazy - imagine the $$$$$ with this return scam or not sending the items at all.
I just had an appointment with a physician yesterday and we talked about TEMU and he said wow yeah I know about that app.
He said Ive ordered stuff but he doesnt get stuff that he orders so he gave up. Thats the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth, so help me God.

THE CONDITION OF THAT rug IS INSANE. BUT I'M REFUSED A REFUND CAUSE I'M DISABLED. TWO LAWSUITS ON THEM AND NOT HAVE A CONSUMER TRADE ATTORNEY AS WELL. DO NOT SHOP AT THE STORE.

Never purchase from there
I am filing this complaint regarding a bike I purchased through Temu. The entire experience has been misleading, frustrating, and costly.I paid for what was advertised and sold to me as a brand new, fully working bike.
However, immediately upon receiving it, the bike did not function at all. This was not a minor issue—it was completely defective from the very beginning. To make matters worse, Temu has withheld $1,000 of my money and has refused to issue a refund despite the fact that the product was defective on arrival.When I contacted Temu about the issue, instead of resolving the matter appropriately, I was told to purchase parts myself and was promised reimbursement afterward. This is unacceptable—customers should not be forced to spend more money and time repairing a “brand new” product that was supposed to work from day one.
I paid for a working bike, not a broken project.For the past three months, I have been calling Temu consistently to try to resolve this issue. Instead of taking accountability, they continue to deny my return request, delay the process, and make me wait endlessly. In addition, I have experienced harassment and stonewalling during these interactions. My time has been wasted, my money has been tied up, and I have been left with a defective bike that never worked.This is clearly a case of selling defective goods, misrepresenting the condition of the item, withholding refunds, and engaging in unfair business practices.
I feel scammed and taken advantage of, and I believe Temu is deliberately stalling to avoid resolving this matter.I am requesting immediate intervention from the BBB to hold Temu accountable for their actions.
At a minimum, I demand a full refund of the $1,000 that was wrongfully kept, along with acknowledgment of the deceptive practices I have been subjected to. No customer should have to endure this level of dishonesty and neglect after making a purchase.
No reshipment & problem was not resolved
Instead of honoring their responsibility to provide a working product or issue a refund, I have been subjected to an exhausting and frustrating ordeal. I have spent an average of four hours a day on hold with Temus customer service, day after day, with no resolution. Multiple supervisors have acknowledged that the bike was defective and even admitted that returning it would cost a fortune. They specifically told me not to worry about sending it back and assured me a reshipment would be sent out.
Despite those assurances, no replacement bike has arrived, and I have received nothing but delays, excuses, and empty promises.
Temus refusal to honor their own stated policies is unacceptable and feels like a deliberate scheme to wear customers down until they give up. I have suffered extreme inconvenience, wasted countless hours of my time, and endured unnecessary stress over a matter that should have been resolved quickly and fairly. The seller knowingly shipped a defective product, and Temus so-called guarantees are worthless when they fail to follow through. This experience has destroyed any trust I had in their company.
I will be reporting Temus actions to consumer protection agencies, filing formal complaints, and sharing my experience publicly so other customers know how they operate. The way I have been treated is not only unethical, it borders on outright theft, and I will not stop until I receive the full resolution I was promised.

Where is my '3-seater'? I am still waiting since October 6, 2025.
I paid full price of $702.00 including shipping for the sofa set. When I asked FedEx, they said two items were shipped. I called Temu and sent an email; I am still waiting for someone to do something about it. Why have you decided to cheat or rob me?
Please ship my 3-seater to me immediately like a company that can be trusted.

The communications are like a casino with bright colors and spinning wheels to win more stuff. I purchased a holiday rug for my kitchen, but the free gifts were not included.
Looks like they want you to come back daily to offer more free stuff with purchase.
I won’t be ordering anything else, and I don’t care if I don’t get the rug. My fav coffee shop would cost more for a cup of my fav Java!

The good.
I've never had a problem with returning items and have always recieved my refunds. I've never had extra money taken from my account.
They have some really good items much much cheaper than you pay in shops.
The bad
Deceptive pictures.
Womens clothing be wary. They show a picture of a dress for instance but it IS NOT the one you get. Sometimes they show a picture of the actual item you will get at the end of the fake pics, so it's important to check all the pictures and always read the reviews.
They are also putting AI or pasting (bad) images of clothing onto pics of models so the item isn't a real actual picture of the item, it's a ai copy.
2. Their clothing size charts are wrong.
Most times if you go by the size chart that fits your measurements the item will be too big especially if it has stretch...if an item has no stretch sometimes the size chart will be correct but i still find that quite often the size smaller is the one that fits properly...but ALWAYS check the size chart anyway because often the size of a particular item will be different than the usual measurements for that size. Always look at the reviews as it will tell you if people are saying it's a small fit so size up or large fit so size down.
3. Shoes - both temu and shein appear to have changed their shoe sizing. 40 euro is size 9 in Australia but on temu 40 euro is now 8.5 so im finding I always have to buy size 41 now which is 9.5 on temu.

RETURNS
People are saying it tells you to combine returns but instead it's giving seperate labels...no, your doing it wrong and Temu does NOT make it clear exactly how it's done...first you do the return for 1 ORDER ONLY - IGNORE ANYTHING AT THE TOP THAT SAYS "COMBINE YOUR ORDER - After you have finished the first return you then go back to your orders page and start the next return. It will say that you can use the label from that first return and combine...IF you wish to combine DO NOT TICK THE BOX AGAIN WHERE IT ASKS IF YOU WANT TO PRINT YOURSELF OR DROP OF AT THE P.O. ETC - LEAVE IT AS IT IS and when you get to the end it will combine it into 1 return and it will CONFIRM IT by showing you the items to be returned together. I always choose the take to PO and THEY PRINT OUT THE LABEL FOR ME, BUT YOU CAN CHOOSE TO PRINT IT YOURSELF THEN TAKE TO THE PO.
If you have more returns do the same process again.
* there is a thing up the top of page that says "all items available for a combined return"...I do NOT use that as I find it confusing because the orders are not in order. It is easier to go to your orders and do the return (combined) by each seperate order you've made as I explained above...important... be aware of how large your return parcel will be. If you think it will get too big for you to handle STOP THE COMBINING - it will give you the option after you've done your first then add the second return, when you go to do a third in the way Ive explained above temu will automatically put up a message saying do you want to combine this return or do you want to send it seperate OR (it may say do you want to start a new return).
IF you want to send that order separately then you must click in that Post office box area again to change it from the current label OR click in the pop up box that should appear asking if you want to send that one combined or seperately...its one or the other BUT if you dont click and change anything it will continue to add each return to that same 1st shipping label. Hope that made sense.
5. The freebies and games... ok, the ONLY one I will do is the one that says you get the items you pick for 100%FREE...read the fine print and don't play any others that want you to collect stars or the one that keeps telling you " just add another $5 or whatever to get your items" they will cost you much more than just buying your items...the 100% free one is the only one to play - but yes you DO have to make a purchase and how much you have to spend depends on what you pick as your freebies...BUT...Here are my tips...load your basket up with lots of items you wish to buy or you like BEFORE you pick your free items - the reason is that Temu WILL include a lot of items you already have in your cart in the list of freebies you can claim, so scroll the list quickly to find items already in cart and get them free...then when it tells you how much you need to spend to get the free items you just go to your cart and pick your items till they add up to what Temu says to spend...that way you have a good chance of getting exact items you already want for free and the amount to spend will also be used on items you already want and have in your cart...so yes you WILL get those 4 or 6 or more items you picked for free when you spend the correct amount...BUT THIS IS IMPORTANT...you WILL HAVE TO GO EVERY DAY AND CLAIM ONE OF YOUR FREE ITEMS - IT WILL TELL YOU WHERE TO FIND THEM AND USUALLY YOU TYPE IN THE SEARCH BOX something like "daily free gift" or " free gift" OR WHATEVER TEMU TELLS YOU TO TYPE IN...BUT..searching 'daily free gift' will usually take you to the correct place.
You grab 1 free gift per day and temu will wait till you grab the last one and send them all together, but the first free gift is sent with the order you placed to get the freebies...IF YOU DO NOT CLAIM YOUR FREEBIES DAILY YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE THEM!!!
The only other thing I will play is the 'advent type calender one' because again the items ARE FREE as long as you make the minimum purchase that's stated.
And again you have to grab a gift daily.
Temu is extremely vague about how to correctly play these to get your free items...it took me a few months of not getting my free stuff to work it all out.
I hope that helps some of you. ...Oh and never purchase the 1st thing you find that you want because you will usually ALWAYS find more of the exact same item cheaper, just do a search and change your option to show price from lowest to highest price.

Incorrect pmt problem
Temu usually sends me packages, just like they have in the past and one book SUM ! However, this time when I purchased just a few items, had me spin the wheel and opened up some present boxes, which was I believe a $550 discount or something crazy the other options for my two other purchases in the month of March or the same.
What team is doing now? Is not sending the one bulk package waving the shipping and handling fee because you purchased items over a certain price. What is now happening after they have promised to give you $200 off or whatever it might be depending upon the spinning wheel or packages that you can open along the way of options to pick from in which I did, they are now not only not sending you to the final screen that shows the rundown of the purchase of the price, the deductions or coupons that are supposed to be put onto your or should I say taken off of your total plus free prizes or free presents they say which Ive never received not once to this day. Funny that you would actually have a pissed consumer department, which is actually called the customer department.
So when I actually got to look at my bank statements while Ive been sick for quite a few weeks and just havent felt up to it not only did they not give me those prices but they gouged me and took everything in my bank account over $350 worth it looks like Without any type of coupons applied. But they gouged me by not taking me to the screen that shows the breakdown so when you put purchased items which were maybe 5 to 7 and in no way coming to over $400 balance, but apparently theyre not giving you any of the coupons theyre not giving you any of the deductions per that spinning wheel or the $50 prizes that you also get along the way when you open up the packages. They just took me after I press the purchased button to no screen at all except that if I wanted to track my items so I couldnt see anything. What they did somehow and dont ask me exactly cause Im not them as they actually added in shipping charges like never before I have purchased items from them in the past and everything is coming one lump sum at once since I am buying it through Temu and not buying it through whatever companies they purchased these items from.
Instead, I started getting little packages here and there here and there all of them charging me shipping and handling fees individual packages not one great big orange Temu package like I have usually. So I didnt get any special free presents from them, I didnt even get the amount of money that they said that they would knock off of the next billing charge which it was but instead they gouged me $350 and that is also including Put me on a payment program when I didnt hit anything like that for Another another $250 balance for what I have no idea cause I didnt get any products. I never agreed to this. It kept telling me to verify these installments with some installment link they have Theres no way my credit is that great right now not since Ive been off work.
So somehow theyre stating that I agreed to this which I absolutely did not and for what I didnt get any extra items that would commit to a $250 installment balance of Approximately $12 every month or that of 11 something every two weeks. I kept getting something stating to download the app for the installment again Im not even familiar with who that says with because I never agreed to it. I never downloaded the app and I never verified That. This was OK.
Any shaper farm never accepted terms in agreement never signed my name on anything so instead of giving me a good deal this time around they charged me shipping and handling per package sent them out from the actual company that they purchased these items through, gouged me in the month of March for over 300 $400 plus another $250 and installments for the next two years or something crazy like this, which I never agreed to therefore they shouldnt of sent me anything if that was the case and I didnt agree to it on any way shape or form. Funny how my bank is completely familiar with a lot of pissed off customers having these similar problems now with Temu. I think this is the last time Ill be dealing with Temu. They gouged my account and brought it down to 0+.
Tried to also have me pay another 250 for nothing on a payment installment plan. I never agreed to nor would my credit ever be good enough to set me up on something like this absolutely insane, warm and loving regards, youre not so happy pissed off customer lol but not really lol. Thank you for your time.
Love to know how youre not gonna close down when youre doing this to people a complete and utter scam but then again its not like youre probably happy with it tariffs that Donald Trump have just put on you guys in China, no shade. Im just a Citizen that doesnt want anymore and also not to get scammed by Temu.

I'll keep adding comments as I go along but my comments go as far back as August and I'm no closer to getting that last one penny as I was back then I'll be posting into 2026 still no closer to winning that last one penny. How's that for being fair
There has been no resolution they're now trying to blame me saying there's been unusual activity on my account when there hasn't been the only thing unusual was them selling all my private information I snapshot my screens they've taken away every option I have to accrue points to win any free gifts and they say that my game is cycling like all the other games but it is not I have snapshots to prove they've taken away every option for me to earn points so I won't win any free gifts which I really don't care about but they've made the game unfair and they scam and cheat and then try to misdirect you by telling you to use another game which is not available to Americans. It will take me one year to accrue that last one penny that's absurd.
I created a couple additional accounts to see if the games are cycling the same and they are not they've isolated my account which has only the one penny to a crew and has stalled my account so I can't win their lousy $30 in gifts.
They gave me $20 credit but money is not the issue the issue is the fairness of the game and they lie about everything. We are penalized for being Americans.
My game has not been updated to match all other existing accounts from my friends and family that I referred and even to one of the other accounts I created so I can play the game. They say it's random that all my game options are gone but it's not random it's purposeful they don't want me to get that one penny.
The last time this happened it took me one whole year 12 months to get that last one penny because I had no game options to collect points to win. They cheat they scam and they target all those that are down to one cent. They will not give me any of the sub games to bring my game under this account up to the current standards for everyone else.
Now what do you think? You think this is random or do you think this is purposeful that I have no options in my game to play to earn that last one penny
On my account there's a game called farmland and you play this game to earn points to win free gifts. Since I'm down to one penny they have stripped me of all the sub games that go along with this farmland making it impossible for me to reach the last one penny. They say it's random for luck of the draw but it is not
Get wrong products and they have games that you can play so you can earn points for free gifts and they will go into your games and negate points out of your game so you will not get the points required to receive the free gifts I've caught. good about the refunds but their products the quality has deteriorated so rapidly and be cautious watch your back and once you've made it purchase make sure that you delete your credit card or ATM information off of the website
After they read my review they have games we played to earn points to win free gifts. They took over a thousand points away from me on the game I was playing because of my review and left me with very little to continue playing the game because I am very close to winning the free gifts.
So they sent me back on purpose so it will take me longer to get my free gifts. They are dishonest and again they treat Americans like crap

I bought a dress for $11.35. On their very own site another seller was selling the same dress for $3.25 cheaper. So I contacted them and requested a refund because I found the dress on their site for $3.25 cheaper. They denied my request because it didn't meet their criteria.
They have reduced the points I get playing their game. It took me 1 year without making any purchase to win the 3 free gifts. TEMU IS RACIST AGAINST AMERICANS.

Instead of sending you out the proper thing, they make you return it, and then now you don't qualify for your reward, so they cancel your reward. I have bought products, for example, a shower and break reset. It said 'four piece set.' I purchased it, but only the shower curtain came. When they were contacted, they said, 'Oh sorry, it says in the little print only a shower curtain,' when it clearly says on the page that it's a four piece set.
They refuse to give me my money back or send me the rugs and toilet seat cover, and the seller flat said, 'We know that it's advertised as a four piece set, but we're only selling the shower curtain.
Sorry about your luck.' Temu does not back their customers at all. Don't buy from them; everything is junk, low quality, or not what is advertised.

Unacceptable customer service still have not received promised items even the one free item I was supposed to get I did not receive never mind the Tammy promised me do not deal with this company and you will probably be very disappointed in anything you've got from them I don't order anything from them for Christmas you know either not show up you don't show up broken or not what you requested and don't count on the free gifts
They did not; they didn't send me any free items. I got the two items I ordered, but none of the free items. The second time, same thing; they sent me the order but only sent me one free gift this time, telling me that every time I order, they'll give me another free gift. The problem I have is that this is something you tell people before you make them believe that they're going to get all this stuff for $24, which is, I guess, my own fault for being gullible.
So please, buyer beware and pissed consumer, if you can help me in any way, I'd be grateful. If you could contact them, it's absolutely very difficult to find any information on their executive office or their head office in regard to the matter of them not keeping their word and misleading. You know, this is fraud, entrapment, extortion, and if you like, I can come up with a whole bunch more. Please look into this; this company is robbing people blind by not telling them until after they've got their money.
Then they tell you that, oh well, we're only sending you one out of the ten free gifts that we offered you. So they offered us ten free gifts as long as we spent $20. I spent $24 and yet got one free gift; that wasn't the agreement, and there is nothing on the page that says anything like that, nor was it in the email or anything that they had sent to me to promote this because they sent me an email requesting that I do this. So I did, and I got robbed.
Do not order anything from this company; they should no longer be allowed to sell anything anywhere else other than the United States or China.
I'm sick of these American companies coming here and being able to sell their stuff here while everybody else pays the price for it. As far as I'm concerned, they should never be allowed to sell in Canada; it's not worth the money, it's not worth the trouble.

Your site is a scam game. When a customer get $100 credit reimbursement and check items to cove that amount, it's still charged to Paypal instead to credited and the items rewarded disappear from record of processing order.
Same with all rewards credits, all items rewarded disappear at time to pay and only are shipped the paid.... Temu Company are a huge scammers

Today w6th, I earned $100 cash back to Paypal and after I pay the item requested, Temu didn't put that cash $100 in my Paypal, they hold it and keep you making purchases to get just credits from the $100 they never honored putting back in your Paypal.

I paid for this tree for my grandbabies and my daughter. My daughter requested if she wanted a white tree this year and I thought this one was absolutely beautiful so I ordered it for my daughter and my five grandbabies.
