Hi,this is mahmoud rafiaie,my order with number 201055****084671 i like to know how many times you charge me.

Temu have not reached out to me about the issue I had encountered with them, all I got was an email about something being placed beside my name where basically they saying I'll have more respect when customer service see that, I don't understand why I can't get what I paid for, and I am a good almost daily shopper there for my business, but lose money I don't know,

They're not trustworthy too many games too many opportunities to bring home eight free gifts when you win the spend the wheel game or the calendar game when all of these coupons for 1500 $1,500 in credit and then only thing they do is take your money for the two items you have to order to get them and then you have to keep coming back 20 times to receive one free gift this is a rip off and I'm glad the United States is leaving you and you will be out of business pretty damn soon

I have informed Temus to take their chair cover, they don't fit, they keep on saying I am not on their list. But tried to take money from my crdit card. I dispute it and told them to pick their stuff or send me return notes. Then they keep on asking me how was the covers, told them why do you day that I am not on your list, but you keep on asking me how was their stuff. send of return nots so that I can sent it back. Your consumer department is bad and very weak and try to spam us. Sheila Behbehani

Cash App denied my request for a refund. I don’t think they investigated anything. Credit, charges any difference. Nothing.

That has not happened to me. I ordered some items and others were deleted from the order. I was charged the full amount. I requested a refund but the refund amount and the verified charges do not add up.

I have yet to understand that as well. The amount I was charged and the amount they refunded does not affect up

i always order stuff and they refund my money all the time saying wrong address wrong address and they only give me credit so i can keep buying but what is the idea if they can't find my house fed exp,amazon, ups,usps never have isues bur you couriers (find dif del serv) please

I think they just do it when they want but especially when u have ordered more stuff!

I don't have any advise for others I only want Temu to correct the self cos they have nice proclducts everything at Temu is fine let them not to send toys to people the must sell real things cos now my mother WAs so angry and through that lamb away I only have the prove of paymwnt

I am missing a pair of pants that was supposed to come with a 2 peice outfit. I got the t-shirt but not the black pants. It clearly says pants and they are even described in the description of the outfit. Pat Hailley

(888)480-**** is the number to Temu customer service. Continue to say "representative" over and over during the robot conversation and you will eventually be put through to a person.

I have made an order before and did put my email in the system .I made an order 12..11..25 and my bank account is saying that the money is taken out already but it seems like the products have not been mailed out yet......I need to get these products by the latest 12.. 20 ..25 is there anyway I can express this order to get to me faster and also can someone communicate with me ..what is stopping the products from leaving Temu

Advice for calling customer service When you call the 800 customer service number, what just worked for me is to say "no" after each time the robot asks if you want an SMS with a link to online customer service. Then say "representative" over and over until they put you thru to a human. I was able to speak to a person! I complained that I put in repeated $5 orders so I would receive my $210 cash back but it kept making me place more and more orders for the "progress" toward that reward. The rep finally informed me, after I pressed about this issue, that the minimum amount of spend needed to get that reward is $325. I complained that it wasn't specified anywhere that $325 was how much we had to spend. I then told her that I have been a loyal customer and asked her if there is anything she could do to keep me as a customer going forward. She agreed to apply a $10 credit to my account. She was very friendly but I had to press her for this to happen. I'm not going to spend $325 to get a $210 credit and I am going to cancel the multiple $5 orders I just placed thinking that they would lead to the reward.

I believe it was a refund but I can’t find it now. Can you please check into it for me. I don’t understand what the message was implying

Me too I’m being honest I have the same issue with my package idk with how to talk with I need help too.
