Normally I wouldn't have nice things t ok say about temu except every time I open the app im slammed with promotions ive done these a few times it says you'll receive $45 credit all you have to do is buy $30 and I do spend it and then after they take your money they tell you have to do other stuff then I get $ . 88 wow pretty sure thats false advertisement because it says come back 7 days to every day you'll receive this is after they take your money and when you come back there is no way to finish it and I find it pretty disturbing that you can't message customer service about anything they have prewritten answer to questions that are asked by other people but you can't message them directly I was a big fan of the company till I did 4 or 5 promotions and got 88 cents instead of what it says you will get and its terrible cause they are usually good about returns and even pay $5 for anything late but they swarm you with these promotions In email text to your phone with all these promotion promises then you get the shaft shame on that if your going to blow up my phone email at least come through with you end so I find this appalling.

Everytime there is a promotion and i do what it says i dont get whats promoted and im a very regular costumer i think you guys will say anything to get a sale also when it says a certain amount that amount should stay the same because the math dont add up

I had to cancel the order because I realized is Christmas season. I was given the option to cancel on the website but it didn't go through and I was send a confirmation by Temu also they changed my bank account. So I just left it along and owned up to my mistake!
