Didn’t confirm my order

I placed my order 4 days ago but it hasn't been confirmed yet. I sent a photo of my card but it hasn't been confirmed yet. The trip has been stopped and the money has been taken from my account.

Although I got a refund and they were supposed to give me a $5 credit which I have not received yet I would still like to had my product that I ordered to be able to finish what I started I'm not very happy with the shipper with no updates on the shipping last update I got was the 6th of this month
