Poor communacation

I am a 1st time customer. I ordered solar globes.

Quanity of 16 solar globes. 1 box has 4 solar globes . So I received 1 box of 4 . Which 1 globe was broken.

So I called customer service and Tried to explain my dilemma still not sure if he understood. Not only was 1 globe broken I never received 3 More boxes with 12 more solar globes also replaced broken globe.
I'm so frustrated with this company.

One thing I would like to say that they are very persistent about keeping their customers misguided. You can win rewards, credits but you have to buy first certain amount of stuff and at the end you get minimal credit back. Their marketing skills are very good or they are criminals. They make a fool out of intelligent person and I bet they laugh at our stupidity.
