I don't like to fact that I have to pay $5 to check the computer tech for information or $40. to become a member this is the reason I didn't want to be a customer temu doesn't refund back to your bank account they give you store credit it's not fair because it gives you an option back to bank account or store credit

Not happy at all lately I have been receiving items with missing parts. Ordered a cloth rack parts missing and not as big as I expected.
Called and no one answered the phone call. Not happy at all.
As you can see corner pieces are missing. I think its time to shopping around.

- Missing pearls prevent finishing my pearl diamond art piece; this has happened.
- I suggest pieces be counted properly before sending them out.
I only had a conversation with an automated voice and it ask me if I wanted a email sent or a phone call and I responded a phone call. Yet to receive one and I am pissed off that now I can’t finish my diamond art piece.
This is no way to run a business and I personally think it’s a *** way to treat your customers which I won’t be anymore. Good luck to their future if this is how this ao called business is run.
This is not the first time this has happened to me.
I would highly suggest that the pieces are counted properly before sending them out. Without them, I am in a bind because of the lack of attention to this piece.

- Promised $100 reimbursement, $23.16 shown and $123.16 charged.
- Two items canceled; rest remained, I never received the order and refunds were denied.
First, they said I would get a $100 reimbursement when I placed the order, but it showed me only $23.16. However, my credit card was charged $123.16, so I tried to cancel the order.
Two items got canceled, but the rest didn't get canceled.
I called customer service, and she told me that when I received the order, I could return it and get my money back. But I never received the order, and when I tried to tell them, they denied refunding me and told me they delivered it, but I don't know where, and now they are not willing to refund my money.

I have placed the order, and I was trying to add other stuff to that order, but it wouldn't let me. I was wondering why, because I turned around and tried to do it right after I placed the first order. It won't let me add my other stuff, so is there some type of way you can help me out or help me understand?
Preferred solution: I wanted to add this to my order but it wouldn't let me it said it was already for delivery, I was trying to add it to the order because y'all charge me $15 for the dress when it said it was $11

One seat is correct the second seat is useless I am embarrassed, hurt and disappointed it looks nothing like the website it's beautiful on there! but my living room is looking shameful I waited 72 hours and 2days it's still flat like a bad loaf of bread! - No local drop-off; needs Royal Mail prepaid label.

I'm trying to return item PO-210-135****2485******. When I try the return process several times, there's no option but to drop off.
There's no drop-off point near me, so I need a Royal Mail pre-paid return label or collection. Your 'chat' just took me round and round in circles and is not showing as an item to return in chat.
Not at all helpful. A partial refund is not acceptable as it doesn't toast my bread evenly, as you can see by the photos I uploaded.

I have missing items for the Dove body wash; they only sent one bottle. I haven't complained before.
Some of the items I like, and a lot of them are not so well made, but this is a body wash. I don't like the fact of paying 21.00 and some cents for a bottle of body wash when I could have gone to Walmart and not had to go through this.

- Items are not as described after purchase.
- Return policy offers half the purchase price to keep the item.
- Free promotions seem to require purchases.
On many occasions, I ordered items that appeared to be something that I could use after I received the item. It's not what I thought it was when I ordered it.
Then, when you return it, they want to give you half the money to keep it or figure, you know, they're still making a game if you accept half the money and keep the item, which is always a piece of crap. So, I'm just tired of being deceived through Temu and all these free stuff that they're supposed to give you.
Then, when you go in to try to get it, they want you to buy something in order to get the free stuff, which I haven't really noticed. I'm just done.

- Bank charges totaling £267.51 appeared; only £116 refunded after weeks.
- Customer service was poor and proofs were not accepted.
I have shopped with Temu for years without any Hassle Until Recently.
I noticed on my Online Banking App SEVERAL TRANSACTIONS ONE AFTER THE OTHER, then a Couple days later ANOTHER AMOUNT. Turns out the Total came to £267.51.
I contacted them Straight away!
I spent several weeks of trying to get my money back.
It was Absolutely SOUL DESTROYING, the Customer Service is Appalling you just go Around in circles.
I sent several messages a day and it was really frustrating, my mental health was starting to build more and more.
In the end they had the cheek to send me £116.00 I gave up I didnt even get half my money. I sent the PROOF STATEMENTS Yet they didnt Accept that.
They Definitely Hope you get fed-up so they KEEP your Cash.
Something NEEDS to be DONE!
My Health is not too good for now or I Would do All I Could to Stop this THEFT and FRAUD if they are robbing one persons account for that amount just imagine they are doing this ALOT It would go into MILLIONS and MILLIONS of pounds.
PLEASE DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT WITH THEM YOUR DETAILS ARE NOT SAFE

I ordered a gaming chair from them on April 2 and canceled it, and they never sent me my $77 back, but they told me that my refund was in process and that it takes up to five minutes. I haven't heard anything from them, and it's been almost a month.
