Received broken wind generator. Took pictures and forwarded to Temu.
I just discovered a message that the time has passed to resolve this issue after they agreed to refund 20%. I asked for a replacement of the broken blade. What can I do to resolve this issue that I paid for?
The broken blade on the wind generator does me no good. Very poor packing in the shipping box is the cause.

I bought a hoverboard for my granddaughter on September 16th gave it to her for Christmas they do not offer a Christmas receipt she used it till the battery ran dead she plugged it in it would not charge and because it was over the 90 days Temu has done nothing not even contact me on the issue

This is lengthy, but please read because I need help! I ordered 4 packs of 1 item.
I received 2. I chatted and called, and they asked for a pic of the missing items. Also, during this time, I ordered some soap dishes, and FedEx shows they were delivered to a different person and signed for. I chatted and called, and they refused a refund because they showed delivered, even after providing info from FedEx.
It was 17.66. Between the two requests, it was 25.00! I spent over 25 hours between calls and chats! I never end chats, so it's all one long one.
I spoke to over 11 senior specialists and over 18 agents. I filed a dispute with PayPal, and several senior specialists said if I canceled the dispute, I would get refunded. Now they still won't refund any of the 2 claims. After about 10 days, they came back and said that there was a problem with me not getting the 4 items and refunded me 8.22.
But they still refuse to credit my balance or refund the 17.66. Now I am getting harassed by 2 agents sending me numerous emails daily about 2 tickets that they say I am claiming missing products, and the 2 orders have just cleared customs. So now it looks like I am just calling and opening claims for everything. I spoke to my sister-in-law, who is a lawyer, and because I asked on many occasions to stop emailing me, that this is bordering on harassment.
I also told her that they say their calls are recorded, and I did customer service for 30+ years, and if a customer requested a copy, we had to provide it. So this last agent, KIT, claimed she was the highest senior agent and that she could not provide me with the recordings of the calls since February when they started denying me anything and taking away any opportunities for promotions and games. She also said that she did not have an address for executive complaints because they don't have any office like that. I know 17.66 is literally nothing to spend the amount of time on this, but it's the principle.
I can't even get price adjustments on my accounts anymore. They took away my Temu points, so all I have is FARMLAND AND TEMU CIRCLE! I want to know why some people are getting refunded and being told to keep the item. Or if they have a problem, they are getting refunds immediately.
I'm thinking that they have my account flagged. I don't ask for refunds. I have only had 2 issues with them since I have been using them, and both times after fighting with them for days, on both accounts, they came back and admitted they were wrong and fixed the issue. Then this week, I returned a lot of items.
They denied 2 refunds because they couldn't find the items in the bag. So, I went around with them for a couple of days, and it was a total of 3.58$. Again, principle. Then I see on my account that it says 25 items returned, and then I clicked on the return package where it shows everything that was in the package.
There were 25 items, including the 2 they insisted were not returned. So, they gave me my refund. I shouldn't have to deal with this or be treated like this, and when I did customer service and they wanted a refund for a small amount, it was cheaper to give them the refund than to sit there and pay me 40.00 bucks an hour to sit there and fight with the customer. I can only imagine what these agents cost Temu to invest over 20 hours just to keep denying me a 17.66 refund.
My question is, how do I get a copy of the recordings, and how do I get an address to write to? Does anyone have any advice? I'm tired of spending the amount of money I do on a weekly basis only to be treated like this.

Preferred solution: Compensation. They offered me 20.00 but won’t refund 17.66. What I went through, I will more than likely return everything I can from the last 90 days and make sure that they are blasted all over social media

Temu is always a bad experience. Everything is late, damaged, defective, they don't uphold their own policies of price matching, and they make it very hard to speak to anyone and resolve any issues.
They basically tell you, sorry, too bad.. we make rules up as we go along. Now, please spend more money with the promise of free items, no worries, we will pick what items to give you and it'll always be the cheapest ones, but spend more to get more garbage defective items!

Called costumer service. After 1 hour and 20 plus min, I'm still on hold trying to get help, I'm told I'll get a call back, which i won't.
I'll get an email saying sorry we don't care. This site is absolute garbage. I tried the live chat as well. It's 230...i started 1030am...

Instead, just go to Walmart or Amazon. It's not worth the hassle. You're going to end up repurchasing what you actually wanted from somewhere else because they will send you garbage if they send it at all. Customer service is also a complete nightmare.
This company is terrible. Avoid at all costs. You might as well toss your money in the garbage buying from them. I attached pics of my last purchase for a cat stand for my daughters cat.
Came burnt. It's BURNT instead of actual holes.
They don't care. Do not buy from this site!

Temu has been nothing but kind and courteous to me. Please don't tell anyone but I had some PC problems and deleted my username and password.

When I read the part on his email it bothered me.
So i went back and answered them about how I really feel. It takes me a lot to get me mad. I was mad about what was on their reply. So I emailed them back and said I wasn't pissed.
Just curious. There is a world of difference in the two. And I wanted them to know it!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. They fixed it this afternoon and I got my stuffed order.
The price increased even though I have already fully paid for it, which is incredibly frustrating. Now, I have one component of something on its way but not the second half.
This is problematic because one piece won't function without the other. This was also a deal so I thought great I can save even more money and now only one thing out of my seven items is coming

Seller never delivered my package and is telling me I must talk to Temu. The package is shown clearly being delivered to a wrong town and picture shows a thin box that wouldnt fit the planters I ordered. I didnt get my product and need a refund immediately, please.I live in Colorado Springs, CO and it went to Fremont, CO.

I called the phone number when someone finally came on. They pretended like they couldn't hear me, and they disconnected the phone.
I have supplied a copy of the order screen where the size does not make sense for the $136.92 option.
The other options, which cost a lot more, have legitimate sizes next to them. It is very misleading if the product is going to be 6.10 inches and Temu pretends that they cannot hear you on the phone.
