I need my money back on spoiled child timu. Right now.

I paid $6.96 for shipping for one month free trial. Y'all proceeded to take another $47.50 out of my account for the next month that's not happening not okay with it phone child TM want my money back right now.

Did not know it was y'all's company. Received a bracelet this morning it will not class

I ordered 3 shelves. 2 of them came in damaged.

I sent multiple pictures of the damage, and they just want to send me a $20 credit. These bookshelves cost me over $200. I could have gone to Lowe's or Home Depot for a little more but was trying to save money.

Now this has cost me more time than the shelves are worth. All I wanted was to exchange these shelves for undamaged ones.

Extreme garbage bought electric impact used on my vehicle, wheel fell off while driving explained what had happened and only offer a $12.50 refund. There was approximately $1000.00 in damages done.

Parts os the couch did not form as it should

I order off temu but sent package in Amazon bag. The company needed Amazon customer number.

Company that sent my kit said that was not them. I need to cancel that

Received this package in this condition and not all diamond arts inside. Called customer service to ask them to count how much dismond art they sent me and he could not tell me

I have a sign that says not to leave packages on deck my dogs will destroy it. Well they left it on the deck and my dogs destroyed it.

If they didnt see the note they walked on my lawn which *** me off even more

I am usually pleased with the prices and (given the cost) quality of Temu's products. And returns are easy.

BUT the criticism about credits, cash back and free products is valid.

A constant stream of pop-ups promises discounts, free merchandise and credits detracts from the Temu experience.

Bottom line: If it seems to be too good to believe, it probably is. Shop Temu, but don't get drawn in by the enticing "deals!"

They can give me my refund. I thought you had to check out for an order to go through, but evidently not.

I am pissed because I didn't have $247 to just throw away on something I didn't order. I have a few friends that say they done them the same way, plus everything they have on there is false advertising.

I don't see how they stay in business screwing people over like this. Do not get on Temu because if you have anything in your cart, they will go ahead and order it, and you won't know it till you're scrolling through bank statements, emails, or if it shows up on your doorstep.

I love America, but the products Temu has are not on shelves here. I buy China first now.

I used to say if America doesn't make it, I don't need it.

Now I shop Temu, AliExpress, eBay, marketplace, and Craigslist (in that order). No US retailer will get my money for their landed marked-up crap easily anymore.
