Teum and PayPal got to give me $100,400 in refunds of 14. I go into my bank account, Visa card.
Tell them to pay it or TV's and papers and Facebook. I have shopping people on my side too and in-game too.

I have been a loyal customer and have been playing Farmland for the free gifts, but I have not received anything! I have gotten it to 100 percent twice so far, and it just keeps setting me back. I am extremely unhappy about this, and if it's not corrected, I will make sure all my friends on Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok know what to expect from Temu.

It should have been shipped in a container that protected the item. In the future, you should change the shipping and packaging procedures.

Opened the box and started putting it together. I found out there's no battery charger in the box.
I can't use it without the battery charger. I need to be able to recharge the two batteries each time I use it to do my neighbor's yard and my yard. Could you please send me a replacement battery charger?

About three weeks ago, I ordered a big order, and it never arrived. I contacted customer support, and they created a ticket after waiting 24 hours.
They said they can't do anything. I contacted them again, and they created another ticket after waiting another 24 hours.
They said they also can't do anything. This is horrible from them; they should have better customer service, and they should've given me a refund.

My Fishland game was closed when I was less than .01% from winning. No heads up.
Nothing in the rules about a game time limit.
No help at customer support.
Ive played this game DAILY For months to lose it at this point??
Its not my fault that Temu makes the game draw out for months, until the pull the rug out from under you. I started this game in December 2024. Ive made purchases during this time to earn points. They give my 1/100th of a percent progress for every 10 points I use for progression.
If I took too long to win, they need to look at their part in that.
I asked over and over for the amount of points I had that I lost when they axed my game. No answer.
I asked to see where in the rules it says theres a time frame for playing to win, as the support person stated.
Got nothing.
I asked 20 times at least for a supervisor. Never received one.
Beyond angry.
- Pros are hard to come across
- Make the games too hard to win and then blame you
