I have been trying to get a customer service representative. No response; it's like they don't care anymore about the customers. I had two orders that were canceled on me due to a processing error of my payment, and I'm being told to just repurchase the items that they messed up on.

It arrived with the inner and outer packaging sliced open and the packing material in tatters. All of the straps were missing.

Hence, I cannot carry it over my shoulder nor as a backpack, which is why I bought it.

Being a disabled senior, not only can I not get out, but if I could find someone to return it or take me, I'd have to pay more than the bag is worth. Being disabled also means it would be extremely difficult for me to carry the bag by the handle.

Temu is always a bad experience. Everything is late, damaged, defective, they don't uphold their own policies of price matching, and they make it very hard to speak to anyone and resolve any issues.

They basically tell you, sorry, too bad.. we make rules up as we go along. Now, please spend more money with the promise of free items, no worries, we will pick what items to give you and it'll always be the cheapest ones, but spend more to get more garbage defective items!

No thanks. Temu is awful and a scam.

Called costumer service. After 1 hour and 20 plus min, I'm still on hold trying to get help, I'm told I'll get a call back, which i won't.

I'll get an email saying sorry we don't care. This site is absolute garbage. I tried the live chat as well. It's 230...i started 1030am...

This company doesn't uphold its own policies on price matching; everything is delivered in very poor condition, open, defective, consistently very late, and poorly made. Stay away.

Instead, just go to Walmart or Amazon. It's not worth the hassle. You're going to end up repurchasing what you actually wanted from somewhere else because they will send you garbage if they send it at all. Customer service is also a complete nightmare.

This company is terrible. Avoid at all costs. You might as well toss your money in the garbage buying from them. I attached pics of my last purchase for a cat stand for my daughters cat.

Came burnt. It's BURNT instead of actual holes.

They don't care. Do not buy from this site!

I have been purchasing a lot of items from Temu. I've ordered quite a few clothes for my granddaughter and the material is different than what it looks like in the pictures.

The prices are reasonable, but I noticed that some items are not what I was expecting. I ordered a wired Xbox controller which was basically the same price as on Amazon and it lasted a less than a week and I have to return it. They have been good about returning things actually they have let me go ahead and keep the items that I was not happy with which really surprised me. The thing is every time you go on their site or open up one of their messages it's always about playing a game and getting 100% off or all kinds of coupons or getting things free.

And every time I think I'm getting these things free there's some kind of catch where I've only gotten a couple things for free All the other items that I'm supposed to get for free kind of like disappear or they tell you now you have to buy more stuff in order to get the free things which I don't understand it doesn't make sense to me and if I've won all these coupons from purchasing so many things then why aren't they using them toward my orders??? I think that's totally deceitful. It's their way of keeping you purchasing things!!! And it works but was really *** me off is that I think I'm going to get all these free things and I have made a lot of purchases and I don't get them.

Some of the items are really cheap they're all made in China and I ordered a basketball. The picture they show was a glow in the dark basketball but the picture shows a basketball hoop so you think you're getting the hoop and the ball and all you get is some little ball that isn't even blown up that was not worth the amount that I paid for it. Another item was a warming dog pad. I thought I was getting an electric type dog pad but when I got it all it was some fuzzy material with some silver insulation stuff.

That's pretty funky!! Make sure you read the fine print of what you're ordering!!

When you were getting coupons and % off of your purchase when they first seemed to have appeared their parent company was doing well and allowed Temu to sell things for very little. Temu was getting all kinds of money from the parent company.

Fast forward the parent company is no longer doing too well and Temu's prices will be going up if they have not already. I have also read that Temu gets the goods from different smaller factories and small businesses who think that their goods will sell for the amount that they request. Unfortunately, Temu is setting the prices and the maker is getting much less. So, TEMU seems to be pocketing a fair amount.

While they are good about returns that could change.

The companies in the US have changed the return policy. Most returns in the US have to be done before the end of January.2025.

I paid for an order with my debit card after I couldn't get afterpay to take my information and then later discovered that after I pay with my debit card after pay had took out a payment for the order if I had already paid for.

I made an order yesterday and tried to use Afterpay, but it wouldn't allow me to do so. I then used my debit card instead, and later on, I realised that they had charged it on Afterpay even though I had already paid with my debit card. So, I've been charged twice for it.

Temu quietly knows about the *** crooks they allow to have a store under the Temu umbrella. They claim to guarantee your order, but that's a lie because I placed an order on January 4th and the package hasn't been shipped.

It's now January 12th. In fact, the store that stole and robbed me has closed down, which is a sign of theft.

I called because I needed an item returned before I received it because its too big for me to handle and I didnt want it delivered and I would have to try to get it back to UPS and she said that was no options for that and that she couldnt do anything about it. I have to wait until I receive it, which is the reason why I called.

I didnt want to have it delivered to me and I cannot handle it And get in touch with the UPS person to return it so I have no other alternative but to just let it stay here and I dont get my refund and thats just totally unacceptable with a company that dont even try to help you. They just want to get your money to me is scamming you.

User's recommendation: My recommendation to future customers is beware if you order something this company is not gonna try to help you send it back. I’ll get you a refund. They will want you to keep it and they’ll give you half price back which is not always acceptable. So beware. By the way, they don’t even send you proof of purchase or a receipt in the email so you have no way to determine that they have sent it until you get a tracking saying that it’s on its way. I have no receipt for my order so therefore, I cannot verify that it was sent until it’s too late.

Well the company knows darn good damn well that I sent it back they didn't denial about it but keep on escalating me to the relevant team member about 70 different times I've talked to a 70 different people and then I'll keep throwing me on the back burner they will not send me my money it's mine illegally it's mine they have that I never got their product there's no reason they should not return my money they say there's a chargeback on the car that I had removed because I had to dispute it but then they said if I took the dispute off and the charge back that they would issue me my refund and they still have not.

If I buy something from you and we give it to a company for delivery, if the customer does not receive it, it is our job to follow up with the delivery company to know if the agent has really delivered, if it is delivered to another address that is not mine, it is Temu's responsibility to find the product or refund my money.
