Temu advertises these great customer's rewards credits then when you try to order and use your rewards credits they take funds out your bank account to cover the rewards that's was advertised as rewards credits . They have done that to me on more than 5 different occasions and it's time to hold them accountable.

Fraud and False gaming not giving gifts! Scam

Sending us fake games to play called the calendar game when you win they offer you 100% free shipping and handling free that they buy everything for you you just have to pick out the eight items when you do that another prize jumps up and it says you have to order something more $40 to receive the items you buy in the eight free gifts they never come it's a liar in a scam false gaming that is federal

I was ordering to get my reward amount. Everytime i submit order it tells me I'm so much from reward. Puts order on card and goes back to add more, makes you have to pay more shipping starting a new order. Never let's me get to reward. It will tell you one amount and when you submit it will say something like you are.65 cents away after it tells you already had enough and then changes and tells you you have to add more. I would like to cancel my orders because Temu is not being honest!!!

See above used wrong card saw used wrong card called immediately when I saw it was my debit card took out of bank account didn't want to. Gave the customer rep my credit card number and canceled my order. Temu kept putting orders on the wrong card I was withdraw 350.00 and over draft fees. I will never order from you again!!! ever since you won't help me!!!

Temu constantly sends out very below quality products when it says that they are high-quality. Not to mention that they don’t send the proper quantity paid for or something completely different than what it says. Not to mention that they screw you on all of their rewards programs. And not to mention that they won’t give you your money back and they shut down your account when you try to get your money back for things that they sell that are not up to quality standards.

I have never received any of my gifts or all of my products that I ordered. It doesn't say that u have to spend like 400$ to receive ur gifts and they Are cheap made products. The app or game which ever one it is also doesn't change prices on the items when they get cheaper which they should and u end up paying more and u find the same item cheaper which is ridiculous. If it's the same item it should be priced the same.

It’s not fair to customers to offer free merchandise and when we order, you don’t deliver it. Or offer items for 1 cent and when we order it’s never added to the cart, Just be honest! I like your products , but the scams have to stop. You promise future credits and they don’t materialize. Just offer your products and provide a reasonable discount and people will enjoy the shopping experience more, Too many pop up ads when I want to browse.

My answer is with TEMU. A little bit of my backstory I am terminal. I explained to the person when I was speaking to them that I am very sick and I'm bedridden. This is possibly my very last Christmas. I chose to go through TEMU because they usually have really good promotions. I found a promotion where you got three items for $0.01 if you paid x amount of dollars. I clicked on it I picked a three items that I wanted and I was at the message that I received was I was $1.82 away I needed to pick one more item and so I did and when I picked it I got another little message box and it said that I needed to pick another item and they pulled an item from my cart something that had nothing to do with my promotion and they said that I needed to pay this much more to get this ring that was in my previous journey in my car that had nothing to do with but I was doing. So I went ahead and did it the next little box that popped up was I needed to pay this much more to get some more items I were already in my cart and this kept happening. So finally I got a hold of customer service and I spoke to a gentleman named Lester Brown he told me that it was doing that because I had three other promotions open. I said we'll add it and realize I did if I do please just delete them he said oh no we can't do that. As I get the one that I need to do now mind you at this point I've already spent $287. I had to pay another $118 on top of what I've already spent to get these three items for Penny. The three items that I picked according to team use prices was $62.48 for all three of them together combined why would I spend almost $400 to get three items for a penny when it would have been cheaper just spend 62. So he refused to help me after he told me that it was cuz I had these three other promotions open and somehow all of that just went away and now it was just because I hadn't spent enough money now that's the new reason. Well when I repeatedly ask for help and I kept telling him about the issue that was picking items out of my heart and nothing he would not even address the situation anymore he put me on a hold for almost two and a half hours to which he was supposed to be holding for a customer his manager which I never did and then I finally decided to go through piss customers.com and I called a number total of like eight times and they kept hanging up on me. So that's a little bit of my story so thank you so much t e m u for ruining my very last Christmas alive with my grandkids I appreciate you so much for doing that please note the sarcasm. What I want to see happen is that nobody else has to go through this anymore. How dare a company take advantage of people. We're all supposed to be in this together I want I want establishment scientist to stand up and take accountability for what their team is doing. And it should start from the top. When a customer comes to you and says there was an issue there is an error in your system you need to hear them out and not blame the customer. I want to see action taken I want my money back The items that they that added very purchased for all of this that I half of it wasn't even when I ordered. And I even tried to start like a refund claim with him and guess who was a broken agent Lester Brown. So none of it got refunded either. I think that TEMU should be held accountable that way nobody else has to go through this that way nobody else is bank account gets just squandered. How dare they please I'm asking you to stand up and use your voice and stand with me cuz what if it's our kids and our grandkids that this happens to next?
