Temu advertises these great customer's rewards credits then when you try to order and use your rewards credits they take funds out your bank account to cover the rewards that's was advertised as rewards credits . They have done that to me on more than 5 different occasions and it's time to hold them accountable.

I need my money put back into my account
I have purchased at least 15 Items and have not received 2 of them. One items was reimbursed the wrong amount.
Same issue here..when you first join you can't get past the wheel unless you spin it and of course get very false promises of free items with credits..you get so many items to choose from and the prices during this time are significantly increased. When you add something to the cart the same shipping rules still apply..only free if it a certain dollar amount or more from the one vendor..in the items offered for the credit, there may only be the one item available "for credit"..so either way, you're on the hook.
Nothing is as promised. Luckily I was able to stop the order before anything actually shipped..didn't take long to see what was happening.
Y'all please don't fall for the it..you're going to be stuck paying higher prices and shipping as well. Don't know how they've gotten away with it this long.
They did not give me the choice to to pick, but put the wheel which in front of the gift items for me to pick so I didn't have the choice I had I had to spin it, they should automatically won a 150 when I went on the tenu website, there was a big sign. That says spin the wheel for another free gift. I didn't get the choice.
They send an email about a reward or surprise. There is a wheel to spin.
Of course, it's rigged to give the highest reward. They say it's free then make you buy more to get the free items, IF you get them. There's many more issues, like bait and switch. The prices change to lower after your purchase.
They will not adjust the price even if you send pictures. They induce you with games and promise of free stuff. The shipping is per vendor.
$ 2.99 adds up. I was barred whe I disputed some charges to the credit card co.
One thing I hate is Temu ads while online. The ad loops around back from the ad to the website and back to the ad.
I get $100.00 rewards never been able to collect you have to be very careful or You will get trick so many times i ve closed the app because of the fake rewards
I had 9 free items with Temu which I had to spend another $35 or more to receive them I followed all instructions and never received my 9 Free items. I contacted them multiple times still no 9 Free items. I’m so upset false advertising will not buy from them again I’ve spent hundreds dollars with this company.
I added the Temu app and wow I immediately got all these freebies nevertheless I felt if it's free something is behind it and so I wisely deleted the app !
Disappointed also with temu. Received dresses and shirts in a totally different style and cut.
Also I have been receiving the incorrect size on 4 items. Fortunately I gave them to my sister.
I have been having problems with Temu also. I'm disappointed at how they offer the free gifts but then you have to purchase a lot of unnecessary items to be able to get the items.
You then have to make another order to get everything and shipping is out of control. Whenever it happens, I usually return all of the items when they do that to me. Some of sellers will do the return right away without taking money from my account. Some of them take the money and then I have to wait a couple of weeks before they return my money to my bank account.
Also, on the 17th of April, I ordered a few items. One of the items hadn't been packed for shipping by the 30 so I decided to send the seller a message to cancel and refund the item that hadn't shipped. I was regularly sending messages for them to pack my item and ship it out, nothing but the pre typed messages until I asked them to cancel. They sent me a message telling me that they could not honor my cancellation because they had packed my item for shipping.
I told them to cancel it.
All I got afterwards was the pre made messages letting me know about updates on the delivery process. I definitely do not want the item anymore and I will just send it back when it actually arrives.
This is helping the issue with refunds and credit. I am still not speaking to a Temu representative

Everything in credits you temu stated I got in $ amounts has succeeded well over $1500.00 so I go to order n no where I cld use them my credits you falsely stated I got and temu mislead me another pissed off customer!! Honor .
You are not getting my banking info period!!! There are consumer protections and rights!! Temu.. you are scamming, misleading ,false advertising and getting peoples banking info ( Identifying information) entrusting you!
I will file a complaint mark my words!!! If I don't recieve a phone call and email both by 10am CST on 4/20/2026 with legitimate credits to order and no cost to me and no shipping costs as well!! I will take action....DATCP, BBB AND OTHERS BY LOCAL & STATE AND FEDERAL. I FIND YOUR PRODUCTS JUST LOOKING AT LOO AND ARE NICE BUT...
IT WOULD BE NICE TO ORDER!! I BELIEVE YOU WOULD WANT TO HAVE HAPPY CUSTOMERS INSTEAD OF PISSED OFF CUSTOMERS...

They took the supposed free rewards out of my checking account & I am trying as well speak to get my 10"& 7" tablets that was supposed to be buy one get one free. I am sick of the deciet.
