My answer is with TEMU. A little bit of my backstory I am terminal. I explained to the person when I was speaking to them that I am very sick and I'm bedridden. This is possibly my very last Christmas. I chose to go through TEMU because they usually have really good promotions. I found a promotion where you got three items for $0.01 if you paid x amount of dollars. I clicked on it I picked a three items that I wanted and I was at the message that I received was I was $1.82 away I needed to pick one more item and so I did and when I picked it I got another little message box and it said that I needed to pick another item and they pulled an item from my cart something that had nothing to do with my promotion and they said that I needed to pay this much more to get this ring that was in my previous journey in my car that had nothing to do with but I was doing. So I went ahead and did it the next little box that popped up was I needed to pay this much more to get some more items I were already in my cart and this kept happening. So finally I got a hold of customer service and I spoke to a gentleman named Lester Brown he told me that it was doing that because I had three other promotions open. I said we'll add it and realize I did if I do please just delete them he said oh no we can't do that. As I get the one that I need to do now mind you at this point I've already spent $287. I had to pay another $118 on top of what I've already spent to get these three items for Penny. The three items that I picked according to team use prices was $62.48 for all three of them together combined why would I spend almost $400 to get three items for a penny when it would have been cheaper just spend 62. So he refused to help me after he told me that it was cuz I had these three other promotions open and somehow all of that just went away and now it was just because I hadn't spent enough money now that's the new reason. Well when I repeatedly ask for help and I kept telling him about the issue that was picking items out of my heart and nothing he would not even address the situation anymore he put me on a hold for almost two and a half hours to which he was supposed to be holding for a customer his manager which I never did and then I finally decided to go through piss customers.com and I called a number total of like eight times and they kept hanging up on me. So that's a little bit of my story so thank you so much t e m u for ruining my very last Christmas alive with my grandkids I appreciate you so much for doing that please note the sarcasm. What I want to see happen is that nobody else has to go through this anymore. How dare a company take advantage of people. We're all supposed to be in this together I want I want establishment scientist to stand up and take accountability for what their team is doing. And it should start from the top. When a customer comes to you and says there was an issue there is an error in your system you need to hear them out and not blame the customer. I want to see action taken I want my money back The items that they that added very purchased for all of this that I half of it wasn't even when I ordered. And I even tried to start like a refund claim with him and guess who was a broken agent Lester Brown. So none of it got refunded either. I think that TEMU should be held accountable that way nobody else has to go through this that way nobody else is bank account gets just squandered. How dare they please I'm asking you to stand up and use your voice and stand with me cuz what if it's our kids and our grandkids that this happens to next?

How do you sign up for suit/ complaint... I'm still waiting on my 6 free gifts from farmland to hit 100% while it's been sitting at 99.95% over a year.

I 110% agree with this I've been through this over and over and over I mean I have not even gotten things that I was spending the big money on but I needed I never even got I mean they never got delivered in three of them in a row and they were hundred and 50 through $200 dollars each I've been so pissed off for so long for so many times with them I'm sure it's not getting any better I just don't buy anything from them anymore it's too confusing and painful and takes so much time over and over and over and add up to a week or more I am over and over and over one pissed off pissed off pissed off customer thank you I'm glad you're on this I couldn't do all that thank you!

I repeadely got items I did not order and could not reach them or a human operator. Furit order was often spoiled.

I was very upset and the fact that they think I am ignorant to the game. They had the little train for awhile and would say all you have to spend is just for instance 20 dollars and you get a larger sum of money to spend on items you want to purchase.

When in fact you spend 20 dollars and it will say now you need to spend 19 more to get the large sum of money to spend. And on and on. I spent 400 dollars trying to get 150 and it still said I was 99 percent there to obtaining it. And I quit.

I called customer service and told them do you think I am stupid. I have never been so aggravated and scammed. You may have been a company with lots of customers and making lots of money. But what you are doing is going to cost you in the end.

And if you don't quit playing people you won't be in business very long. Because people will catch on and they will be angry and stop buying from you all together. So is the scamming game really worth the business you will lose. And she kept trying to tell me that wasn't the case and all I had to do was spend .99 cents more to get the 150 dollars.

I said are you kidding me. Have you been listening to what I have been complaining about for an hour now. I just said you know just forget it. And also I have had stuff in my cart that appears at my door and been charged for it.

But I know it was in my cart and hadn't decided whether I wanted it or not. Or have ordered so much at one time thought maybe I did order it.

Until one day I was sure I didn't order it because I decided I didn't want the item. So beware of that also.

I stopped using Temu because of these promotions they try to get me to use. I never get the free stuff because I have to spend more money to get them and it n ever seems to be enough.

I did that one time and never again. Items I do buy are cheaply made also. I switched to another platform.

Shipping cost add up to. $2.99 an item unless you buy from the same seller.

I ordered several items and never received them. Showed proof on my bank statement but they said I had to have my order number! Won’t order from them again!

I also had a problem with them. They said I get eight items free and when I purchased other items they charged me for two of the free items.

She said I had to go into my account everyday and click on the calendar. I said it did not say that.

Then they one of the items I am paying for said it’s out of stock and to click to get a refund. There was no refund it just showed me more thing’s to buy.

I had the same issue and when I reached out to temu there was no human to talk too and then they canceled my order that I placed after I complained in the chat box given. This is very wrong to take advantage of people that way. Since then I do not recommend temu to anyone.

This is all very intresting, actually the spinning wheel, my winning, the free gifts, numerous e-mails offering free money and gifts. And yet, I still haven't ever dealt with TEMU.

The prices are simply to good to be true, and the market that is so fond of Temu is the younger generation who orders what they want, and could care less about the other stuff, they want what they want.

But then there are a lot of people, who wants to check out everything about the websites, promotions and free gifts, that is where the problem lies. I always knew that something was up with TEMU and thier prices, I just chose to not deal with them.

what *** me off most is misrepresenting the item for sale. I ordered a lighter that had the 250 year sinage. It later shows the item is a shell only but if you look at the end of the item discription it shows a complete lighter

I guess with my attitude whe I email or call, I get my refund, and another product.i tell the I want to send the "defective" product back to them. They then say no keep it. There HAVE been times I had major issues, but like I said with my attitude, I DON'T LET ANYONE GET AWAY WITH ANYTHING!

I spun the wheel for eight free items. I ended up having to purchase three items to get them and all I got in the mail was the three items never saw the other eight. Such a scam.

Its not fair that Temu be leading us on with this fake rewards and sending money to our accounts and then they say I have to spend this and that just to get something I basically paid for

The promotions are a scam...they offered me 300$ to get 3 free items all of a sudden it from 3 free to 4,5,6 and so on. It was like I couldn't get anything till I spent what yhey wanted me to.

The price to reach the free items kept going up.. and if you don't go to their limit you dont get the things you already have up for free....terrible

Their turn-of-the wheel $0.01 scam was so horrific. To get three 'gifts,' they tell you you need to reduce to $0.01.

You end up buying a lot of unnecessary goods.

And then the so-called support for refunds does not really exist. They never show up as cash refunds to my purchasing credit card.

Free merch by spinning the wheel based on your amount of orders is a lie. So is spinning collecting free money to be applied at the end of any purchase

I agree. Every promotion they stated I had won from a spin, I was to purchase something, in which playing the spin game never had any relevance to my purchase.

Also, the quality of items were never as pictured or as described. Such a scam.

I lost so much money on poor quality items which stopped future purchases and never returned to the site. Such scammers!

I’ve purchased many items from Temu over several months, in which, about half of the purchases were decent, but most of the stuff purchased weren’t as described, and of poor quality, so I stopped buying from them, maybe 2 months ago or more.

I land up ordering things I don’t need just to satisfy the requirements and don’t have ability to add what I actually need to find out the deal I was actually trying to get adds up to hundreds of dollars. Totally ditch and bait
