Don't issue rewards keeps adding amount to get reward
I was ordering to get my reward amount. Everytime i submit order it tells me I'm so much from reward. Puts order on card and goes back to add more, makes you have to pay more shipping starting a new order. Never let's me get to reward. It will tell you one amount and when you submit it will say something like you are.65 cents away after it tells you already had enough and then changes and tells you you have to add more. I would like to cancel my orders because Temu is not being honest!!!

I already stoped any order to temu, ali express and all this companies after my first experience. What i oredered is was never what i got when i complain and asked for a refund, not answer at all or stupid excuses i practically stoped to buy online except if the item comes with Europa guarantee or to very well known shops, not point to pay a lot of small amounts, eventually you lost more money than if you buy something more expensive but on a reliable shop and always read the reviews before place your order
Temu continues to send various text messages, stating I have rewards, yet when I try to use the rewards, it continues to tell me I don't have enough points. The wheel spins, it lands on 90% off my order, yet I get charged full price for the items I order.
I don't get the sale price, I get charged the regular price for each item.
You can't get a real person, you get AI, and get nothing but the run-around. I suggest people don't order from this company, it's a JOKE!

And the non orders keep showing on my porch. They were supposed to be 1 cent, but I never finished the "reward" but they changed my card over and over, then keep sending them. I'm pissed
Temu is a big lieing company with no boundaries on b lies they tell .their promotoon nevr payout but keep ppl thinking their almost thete dont quit .i mean whst kinda company builds on lies and msks it long i knew i wasnt the to start hateing temu becuz their dishonesty.and nevrr a live agent
