I was to receive three free gifts upon placing a small order with a minimum which I did checked off the first free gift second free gift again having to place another order slightly a little more than the first one meeting the requirement to receive the second one done now I got two more orders in and to receive these two free gifts for the third gift I have to place another order with a minimum upon completion of that order when I'm merely like two roughly $2 away from $100 goal it gives you like a few cents in other words you have to place another order in order to get to the $100 in which you attempt to and then again you're still short of just a few you know conveniently if I've already placed the order conveniently for the first two items I'm not showing them in my orders that I'm going to receive them I think this is a gimmick of course naturally everybody knows it's a gimmick but that's really nonsense that it you know you have to meet the requirements but it's up to T-Mobile to decide how much credit you get towards making the hundred dollar goal Alex Place 57 orders this year and I just placed three orders back to back in order to get two free gifts expecting a third but when I attempted to do the third order to get the third gift I had to place another order sucker I'm not happy with this at all and I've had friends that were also complaining and we're not happy and then when they did meet all the requirements they still had to wait for their and I opted to take $100 in credit as opposed to cashing it out which I could just imagine what kind of a fiasco that could be I'm getting a little fed up with Temu

GFS express poor services. I have ordered clothing on the 08 Aug 2025.
To date, I can't reach GFS; on the tracking, it says out for delivery 19 Aug. To date, I haven't received my package yet. I have received what I ordered on the 14 Aug.
I want to use the item on 22 Aug 2025. Please share the address and contact number that work so that I can collect it myself.

I want my refund I don't want credit
They just took my order I didn't authorize it,then they just gave me credit I don't know anything about that,I just wanted my refund.
App took my money wouldn’t let me cancel order
The app misled me like everything was free took the money could not get into the app to cancel anything that I browsed its sold me its just a straight jump. I am so pissed.
I do not want to ever shop at Temu ever again. I talked to customer service they did nothing

TEMU scam
I had $480 in coupons and tried to use about $250 of the coupon amount to buy a lift chair .
Luckily for me , my bank did not allow the transaction , as TEMU was attempting to charge me full price for the chair .

I've ordered a shower curtain set i never received the carpets that match . They always send me double the product or the wrong one or if they say there is a credit I have to buy more to get the credit its bs.why ??I have credit why am I spending more to get my credit then..product not as shown

I cannot get ahold of customer service. I have tried several times.
I have gotten through in the past, but not now, and I do not want to go through ask.com. My order says it has been waiting for 5 days now to be picked up. I can't pick it up; it's too far away.
I need that order delivered as soon as possible. I don't know where the mistake is, but I order from Temu regularly and have never had this problem.
