I’m having a problem about my money being put back in my account on my canceled order

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. I was able to get through to customer service who apologized profusely.

The items that were missing are being sent. She also took care of a return.

I wanted to do out of the same order, giving me the finances back and allowing me to keep the product. Very satisfied.

I have ordered many times. This particular package should have two of the same item, along with other things. I am missing those two items. The chat method wants you to pay just answer $46, not one dollar as it states. If you call, it pushes you into this review area. We do not get to speak with someone. I have spent a lot of money with this company and customer service should be much better. Not sure what to do now.

On the order, the ranges for the sizes were given and unfortunately the figures ranges were not accurate in your statement so the item shoe size is smaller not fitting well, so am contacting you to change to the correct size if possible

Delivery method to change

Temo could not change the method of delivery. Ups cannot deliver due to security doors. Want to pick it up myself to a nearby ups office. 2 attemps have beem made by ups.
