I purchased several facial and body care products from Temu in July. Since then I have been experiencing some severe neurological distress.

My doctor has been unable to connect my symptoms with any particular disease process. I started looking at the products I had purchased from Temu and I have noticed that the production and expiration dates seem to have been fabricated. Such as one product claims to have been produced on a date that has not even occurred yet. The addresses of differing products seem to have all been produced in the same building and floor as any other.

How could all of these products have been made and packaged at the same address? I feel there is some sort of possible fraudulent claims concerning your products.

I have been extremely sick and unable to work for the past 5 months because of this and your site will not allow me to return these bogus products so my plan is to send all of these products and their packaging to the FDA in order for them to test for unacceptable ingredients.

I fear that the ingredients of these products will not follow the guidelines of the FDA here in the United States.

I believe it may be in your best interest to discontinue distributing any products that have not first passed acceptance with any countrys guidelines.

Please contact me if you have any guidance or input on the matter. Otherwise, my representative will be contacting you when we have gathered

all evidentiary information.

You are a horrible horrible company and I’ve got nothing but time to take you to task for sending contaminated products to another country. That is quite illegal.

I received something that I did not order

Temu - I received something that I did not order
I was looking on the website and saw three items however, I did not order them, but I received them today in the mail. I did not have any intentions upon paying for these items. I have spent a lot of money with Temu and I am not happy about this. I did call about a week ago and talk to a representative about this and she told me it was just advertising and reassured me that my card would not be charged.

The associate hung up and didn't call me back. All the help line associates do the same thing.

They have no record of my purchase of the pieces of junk I made. Nothing! I finally found the company that makes them and requested a full reimbursement for the outrageous shipping cost, $42!! No reply.

I'll never buy anything on Temu's site again. This season has been terrible trying to make purchases online! I was scammed of $750 that my bank said, "too bad sucker"! In so many words.

The VA denied my disability claim. Now I try to return their junk to them, which costs a LOT, and they ignore me. Temu should be banned for selling junk!

This is going to be a very sad Christmas this year because of all this; and it's my 68th birthday then. But, Happy holidays to you all and God bless!
