For the past three days I have called temu and I have waited on hold for four hours and then the call drops I know that there agents pick up the line then hang up on you so that you are forced to handle your business by texting I am seventy one years of age and I dont know how to handle my business over texting this is my third day of trying to reach someone at temu and still no resolution I will never buy from them at all my neighbor recommend them to me and I am not going to make that mistake again

I called to resolve a situation that I ordered some Bibles and they gave me a credit and I would like to have my refund the same way. I gave it to them.
You cant get anybody on the phone or you cant talk to anybody personal and Id like to speak to somebody about refunding me the same way I paid them.
Im a retired vet and a disabled senior. How dare them do us this way is this how to move search their country by doing this to the seniors and retired veterans

sopport rep you can't believe I was 1600 plus dollars going for my free 3 items I chose 98.36 percentSpoke with rep because they were checked and stated ready to ship when I spoke with rep he guaranteed me that all I have to do is spend another 21dollars to recieve then we'll I spent 60 more 1660. 3 weeks later I'm told I' I need to spend anther 400 dollars but it's all ready ended so I spent all th I s money to recieve ther crap and their lies from their representivse.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Just to watch and not get caught up in some of the deals there offering.
I like ordering from Temu but seems like I get some false information at times just like this last time it was letting me order 3 things for one cents, but it kept wanting me to pick other products for a percentage off until I got up to 62 dollars coming out of my account . Thats why I canceled everything and got refunded!

I've been trying to withdraw or use my credits for a few months, and every time I'm asked to purchase a certain amount of items to receive my credits, I never receive them.

I never received my package
I ordered a bedspread; it was black and purple, trimmed with roses. I never received it.
The FedEx man said he left it in my mailroom, but it was not there. I even checked the camera inside my apartment's office.
She asked me very explicitly to take a picture, which I did not, and then she showed me. This is the second time that this is happening to me—now, I am not receiving my package.
