Stop using Temu

I ordered this on the 4th of May, and it's been with GFS courier services and out for delivery since the 14th of May. I still have not received it.
What is really happening?
Everyone is complaining. What is worse is how they respond to you.
- Stop buying at temu if they do not look after their customers

User's recommendation: Please do d use GFS for my deliveries. I never experience this in other courier service. What is when you call you don't get direction, no hope no turn lead times, you must just indefinitely. This is pathetic.

I would like to get a replacement for my parcel because it was left at my front door and I left a message to say if no answer, please leave it in my shed out my back garden, and it wasn't there. I haven't received the parcel.

- Very good company for the price of the items that are available
- Could be more available for phone calls and messages
- Need to be more available for customers
- Are not very helpful with issues with their company delivering parcels
User's recommendation: Be careful when you get a chance to get a parcel from this company because they have said they delivered my parcel and it wasn't there' and I left a message to say if no answer please leave it in the shed and then I can't even get a replacement or even a phone number so I can talk to someone about the troubles with my parcel

- Spent 90 minutes waiting for support and could not reach a supervisor.
- The agent hung up twice; no supervisor; FTC complaint mentioned.
They have not provided a satisfactory answer to my concern. They gave me a complete lame solution that is NOT acceptable to me.
They did not resolve my problem.
I AM NOT SATISFIED. THE ISSUE IS STILL UNRESOLVED TO MY SATISFACTION!!!!

I am giving Temu until 12:00 noon on Wednesday, April 22, 2026 to contact me on my cell phone which is listed in my conversation tonight & they must fix their Bull Crap lack of customer service or I will be contacting the Federal Trade Commission to file an official complaint regarding this matter!!! Get it in gear Temu before you get hit with this MAJOR action by the FEDS!!!

Verified ReviewerProblems With Their Delivery Couriers and Drivers
- Delivery marks orders as delivered to the wrong address, refunds are not issued with proof, and drivers can be rude.
I'm very frustrated with their choice of delivery service. I love shopping on here, but it's always hit or miss.
Mainly having my orders marked delivered even with the wrong address. I can't get my money back if the wrong delivery is made by SwiftX and GoFo, even with proof of the order's correct address! It's very frustrating and it's a hassle with SwiftX especially!
The pic on the left is not my address even after time and time I show my correct address in the two pics on the right. Once I contacted a driver from GoFo, he sent a delivery pic as proof and he yelled and cursed saying he wasn't coming back even if it is the wrong address!

They try to get you with spin the wheel. It's such a rip-off, and they won't let you off.
But I did find a way and canceled my items. At least some! One of the items they changed the cost, and I didn't sign off. They charged me.
My company is fighting that one. Then they sent me one shirt, which took forever, and it was ugly!

I don't like to fact that I have to pay $5 to check the computer tech for information or $40. to become a member this is the reason I didn't want to be a customer temu doesn't refund back to your bank account they give you store credit it's not fair because it gives you an option back to bank account or store credit

- The latest order had 4 bags of Christmas items expiring this month.
i placed 2 orders at different times for mixed candy but didn't get the correct order. i did a return on 1 order but only got $8.26 and didn't get the $15.00 credit back.
so i placed another order.
i just got that order; they sent me 4 bags of Christmas [PERSON_NAME] and they all expire by the end of this month. please fix this or you will lose a customer.

I continue to follow the rules and yet you find a way to not give me the special pricing. There is no way you can stay in business with these prices.
Let me put it this way: you have promised me $1500 in products 5 times, and every time you have found a way to weasel your way out of it. I have looked and wrote down all of the laws and regulations you have broken. I'm angry because of the way you have treated me: the lying, the stealing of the gifts I won. What do you think the attorney general is going to do when I spell out all of the laws you have broken?
What I need is all of the same gifts that I won and picked over and over, including the gray recliner I have won and even wrote to you about. It is the gray one with a total price of $202. I'm not bluffing; I'm mad. I expect a text or email from you agreeing to send me what I have won very soon as well.
You know that I am well within my rights to demand this. I'm waiting!
