I paid for a machine that puts designs on shirts, mugs, etc. I paid $217, and the bank that I am with saw suspicious activity, so they put a block on it.

I had to get a new card, and I called them and told them about the new card. They said they couldn't do that, but they could send a check. So instead of receiving a check, they sent it to Affirm. I called Affirm, and they said there were no payments of $217.

There are so many things I bought for this company.

This is the least that I expected. Don't buy big items if you are going to return them because your money will disappear with this company.

You took money off my card to I was looking several times on their ad for a particular item they sent me a text message offering me this item for a certain price at discount I ordered it and went to their ads a couple days later when I and I cuz I was debating I knew that they were shady bathing business practices cuz I have been told but then some people said okay but I wanted this item they wouldn't let me just order the item you know they started telling I had to get four gifts before and I do it completely before I can finish the process I tried to say okay that I did not want to do this and I just stopped and somehow the only last two items the cheapest items and something I only ordered and they insisted that I had to do it and I stopped even before I even picked the little books and I said I don't want nothing I want just my item and they said no you get a free gift you got to have your free gifts you need your free gifts you got to do that do that and I didn't even and then they took and went ahead and processed the order and I did not want it I just wanted the one item I said I might have bought one more but it was such like aday I want it put back on you took money off on the 28th I hadn't used your service and months and when you took it up on the 28th I said oh well I forget it I don't even have Paramount plus still downloaded it on my computer okay and then you go and take my last $13 today give me back my money I didn't want it you took money off that card what they do that right you piece of *** and this is been the worst experience I've had it ever ever you don't treat people like that you traded me and it was all like on it was all the kind and it was never about what I wanted you didn't have to offer me nothing you didn't have to bother me if you didn't want to do it but you had no right to steal from me you had no right to took me through all this trauma you had no right to treat people like you did nobody should ever be treated like this so you can make a dollar that's disgraceful you owe me apology you owe me back my money today and you are such cowards. I don't even want to get the price I thought well at first maybe it's just you know my mistake and they have already ordered it I couldn't even see what they had ordered for me or not except for the two bucks is the only thing and I kept saying and I'm like how could they just put the two bucks I ordered three things birthdays and a couple coin things by paper like you know a couple dollars and they didn't get any of them but the two bucks okay it's not about the price it's about what you put me through I mean all that you lied to me you said that you're the one that got me get on here then you don't feel like you have no responsibility I don't care about policy you said I can get it why did you lie to me does your policies it's okay to lie to me if I fall for it and you take my money and put something down that I don't want and you do it and put all them games like you put on then you can trick somebody and you can still so much money off of so many thousand people and that's okay that's okay to you because you're maybe a hundred thousand today or more but that's okay you just want 3 hours of my life I'll never get back and you had the hand that you can call you that's why you do this you set people up and you do it so you can steal you might not do it everyday but you do people don't buy this I swear I'm going to call my lawyer and he's very good lawyer I don't have to pay him to get on this he can check and find out this should be criminal I didn't ask you you text me I don't know how you even got my number I don't know how you got my number and it's not right I got to sit here and have my bank card open so I can get anything to do anything and I feel bone I feel unsafe and you're making me feel that way and you I can't change nothing until I get my money back this is wrong how do you think this is senior citizens and I'm going to call tomorrow the attorney general on my state I don't care I'm going to bow a grievance against you I promise you I will do it I promise you I will do it

I have submitted orders before this incident and they mail to me over a month later with incorrect items or the wrong sizes. This had me doubting whether to buy from them again.

I was willing to take one more chance due to the items were favored and I desired them. When I visited that cite again they offered me an 80.00 reward which they sent to my Pay Pal account to pay for the order. However when the order completed they charged me 110.00 instead and asked for credit card payment, and ,I complied.

But, I asked why since I had money in Pay Pal to cover the payment. Never received to date the items, Pay Pal credit, or my credit card payment returned.

I've called 22 times this last week, showing proof of 64 unauthorized charges on my account ranging from 20 cents to $7.30. They are completely unprofessional!

They all say the same thing, 'I'm sorry, sir, for this inconvenience. I can totally understand your frustration, and I would be too. But rest assured, sir, I'm here to fix this problem. I'm going to expedite this situation to upper management!' and zero call back!

Straight crickets! The site is so scandalous; it promises and bait and switches with make-believe prizes. For instance, I've been at 99.99% of a particular goal for 7 months! Initially, they throw the coins you need to achieve the goal at you...then haha you could sell your soul, and zero coins!

I've spent quite a bit of money for my kids to get random stuff, some actually impressive quality...but then sometimes literally we've received broken pieces of plastic!!! No refund! Then, when I followed up with them after sending pictures of broken pieces, which have happened 6 times, they say I'm now out of warranty and time frame for the return, even though I addressed it immediately at the time it was delivered!!! I don't know how this company stays afloat and who in God's name is running the scandalous *** show, but beware!

If you buy from them, randomly you'll find charges of 20 cents, 50 cents, and $7.30 on your accounts! They have millions of customers; I'm just one, but they robbed me 64 separate times!!! There's no possibility that I'm the only one!

No wonder they sell things so cheap! Cause they straight up pick your pocket after they sell you broken plastic!!!
