Some black plastic was stuck to a figurine and I couldn't get it off. I sent an email through PISSED Consumer and Temu took care of it right away. They gave my money back and told me not to bother sending the figurine back.
I received the kangaroo see hear and speak no evil figurine. The one on the left has something black adhered to him and I can't get it off. I want a replacement or my money back.

I am getting a refund I didnt receive the item stolen from front door I have nothing further to say to say it was a struggle getting my refund
I ordered clothing, before the last two items, i had around $60. Or $ 70 dollars on my card. What happened to the item that i ordered and the rest of my money?

Misunderstanding in ordering
To see why you holding 80sumph dollars when my order was 21 dollar and some change and when I was ready to pay it said 32.00 .what's going on

Return authorization
Item double shipped trying to get this straightened out get this one straightened out, but I received a call this morning that some stranger is trying to use my credit card and I only have trouble with this when I order from Temu and I not the only one my i information is not to be sold shared. I stopped buying from Temu because of this.
and Im really not a *** customer just concerned right after our order was placed then my card was useless somewhere which is only place I used it somewhere. Somehow I just need to know what to do about this other item come in. I need a number to send it back. Do you need to call me back with the number I got this thing and now I cant get no further.
I cant talk to anybody.
Whats the deal? I know Ive got over 100 Internet right now so process it Im done.

Uses a terrible delivery service. Should stick to UPS, USPS, or Fedex
Delivery company says your package was delivered when it was not. Does not contact you. No pick up option.
Did not mean to order
I was trying to go back to the previous page and instead it placed the order which I was going to cancel. We are currently awaiting a refund.

I don't know what to do about it because I didn't receive it at all. I gave them the right address to send it to and I still haven't gotten it.
So, now what do I have to do to get my free phone at this time? Do I have to start all over again to get my free phone because I need one so badly or do I just wait and see what you all do?

my issue has not been resolved bc the rep said he had to connect me with a live rep & the live rep never answered. I thought I place an order & afterpay took money out of my cking acct Nov 18th for an order that didn't go thru.
