I want to buy more stuff from Temu ! But the first thing I received was broken i will send a picture and i am still did not receive 2 of the items I ordered i received the - Camera , the cooking t

I received the camera , cooking thermometer and the flashlight and all are good so far ! So the power bank is Orange broken and doesn't charge or turn on !!!

I never got the Blue one ? And I never got the Blue flash light same as the other one we received!

I feel like since you guys knew there was something wrong with the shipping that you guys should have bought it and redid my order at no charge to me but instead you put a credit on to the account here instead of putting the money back into my checking account so I don't think that that is good customer service from you guys

Very very poor. Unable to get a return label or address and nobody can be reached

I have been trying for more than a wek to get a return address or return label eithout success this is extremely frustrating. It is impossible to get any help from temu.

The only reply is that the money isnin my account. This I know but I want to return tha parcel.

I am frustrated because every time there is a free promotion which includes purchasing an order as well in order to get the free items,

Yesterday, there was a promotion for 4 free items with a purchase of at least $35 minimum, which I did not receive. I only received the $35 order.

Then, there was another promotion for 6 free items that included inviting friends via a link. I did this numerous times, sending out invites. It showed that I was close to receiving my 6 free items, but it kept wanting me to send more invites to my friends.

Nothing came of it; it never went through. I am beyond frustrated.
