False advertisement of the pan temu is selling.
The baking item is the worst and cheapest stuff you sent. I would like my funds refunded, and how do I get my money refunded?

3 orders not received they were delivered to the wrong apt
After numerous complaints for over seven days, I still have not got my problem solved. Three orders went to the wrong apartment building.
They sent pictures of where they delivered it to me which was not my door. I am apartment 305 in building 17, which is in my address, 14307 Bedford Dr. Bedford Drive only has one apartment building on it. I dont know where they delivered it, but it was not to me and they will not read my request properly instead I have a very ignorant, senior customer service rep named Choi keep telling me it was delivered.
He does not even read my emails or my text chat messages with the customer service reps. I spoke to both Millie and Gwendolyn @Temu online and they both agreed that I was correct. They looked at the pictures, but they said they couldnt do anything about it. It had to go to the senior specialist.
That is the person who is denying the claim because he is not reading. I am very upset and I plan to get in touch with a Better Business Bureau on this logistics company and the state Attorney General.

I didnt finish my complaint and the phone hung up , give more time so you could understand what I was talking and make sure that youre understanding the message

Need to speak to someone about something I purchased for 1,179.00 and it’s not working anymore
- Cannot speak with someone about the MotoTec REx 110cc issue.
- They want the right-hand throttle part sent, not a refund; paid $1,134.59.
I was not satisfied because I was unable to speak with someone about the issue that I have with my MotoTec REx 110cc gas-powered 4-stroke gas four-wheeler I ordered for my son for his birthday. All I was trying to do was maybe get the part that I need, which is the throttle for the right-hand handlebar.
That's all.
I don't even want the money back; if you could just maybe send the part that I need. But if you send the refund, I used two different cards, and I paid 1,134.59 cents.

Temu’s trying to get more money after I spent what was required for promotion
- Temu prompts extra purchases and promos after checkout for refunds.
- I want the $210 and $100 promos plus what I purchased; support is hard to reach.
Temu keep stating what you need to purchase check out and to claim refund. After I purchase they add another.

I did that miss leading. Or throw other promo where theres no way to exit and speak to someone in support?
I just want what I the $210 and what I purchased.

Damage merchandise
- The package arrived with the head broken off the asteroid I purchased.
- Customer service couldn't be reached about damaged merchandise.
The delivered my package with the head broken off the asteroid that I purchased this is really ridiculous that I can't get through to talk to somebody about they store merchandise just damaged I do not appreciate this

Theft
- Won a calendar game promising eight free items with shipping paid.
- I had to buy two $40 items and spent over $200 but received none.
Well it happened almost a month ago they sent me a calendar game I won it said pick out free eight items they will pay for the shipping and handling and for the payment but I had to order two items worth $40 I spent more than $200 I never got the free eight items that is so you made false statements to get a customer to play a game to order something when you're not giving the free 8 gifts
